What is the knot called for the second line ? In +- 5 minutes

Hello there 😊,
At 5min mark of the video we are doing a double half hitch knot taking middle cord as working cord, same is then repeated on other side too. This whole bookmark is done using the pattern called clove hitch diamond ( also called as open center).
