I agree with the younger generation today they need masculinity to be in them a lot more. They do need to pushed more rather than being taken easy. When is Social Media going to give out age limits to be on servers so you they can have fun with there friends. It is not only SM but having everything at your fingers and in your hands. So soft but very clean and soft hands There is a story that I love about the one dad who is a blacksmith and the son gets the job his boss tells him when your dad goes home hey wash his hands. You will see the injuries, blood, and dirt on his hands. It is one of those bonding moments that you are with your dad washing his hands. There is not going to be much time for a go fund me account or SM to promote RedBull. Go and find a real job. Sorry not sorry but if you want to be where you are in life you half to put in the work.
Huge amount of respect for the coast guard. They get clowned a lot but I mean, everybodies gangster till you have to do a raid on a drug smuggler submarine while it's still in motion just below the surface. Even pulling up to a suspicious boat, I can't imagine the mettle it would take to pull those raids off knowing you don't really have anywhere to go if shit hits the fan (or the ocean floor)
We don’t sleep in the same squad bay. Those canteens are the new ones. I had the old ones back in S-178. There was nothing easy about CG boot camp. It is very hard. Our two dogs were former marines and it was our lead company commander’s last company. So we got the worst of the worst.
Went to USCG boot camp in 2012. Yea it was very little like that. We didnt have the Navy jackets, they were all blue color like the standard uniforms. We had actual canteens, not fancy BS water bottles. The rifles, in the video I think are M16s, yea we had freaking M1 Grands with cement blocks in the breach so they could never be fired. You asked if the females slept in the same area as the males, yes and no. How the squad bays are set up, it is each just a room with racks like you saw, but in the back is another smaller room with the back stairs and its own head area for the females and their racks also and males were not allowed there without permission or had a legit purpose. Also yea, the instructors are alot more crazy. I still recall some of my instructors quite literally would throw chairs across the room and jump and stand on tables to scream at recruits. The squad bays, yea those beds are heavy, gonna guess maybe a 100lbs. They would smash and tip em over if our shoes were either not tied together properly, lined up under the racks correctly, of those freaking laundry hooks were not in. I recall one of my instructors would make us grab this massive mooring line and do kinda like shoulder presses, but all in a line together and in cadence. Typically after it had rained so the line would soak in water, making it heavier and the water would run down your arms and just soak you from the top down. RAMP, yea they would have to march behind a formation yelling RAMP the entire time. They had to wear the life jacket the entire day including class and during meals and would have to sit alone (unless there were other members in RAMP also). They would have their own private smoking sessions with the lead instructor in charge of RAMP that week, it was a week long for us not fucking 2 days. Yea this documentary, while yes does show what it's like. It missed a lot and defiantly glossed over a bunch.
I went to Coast Guard Bootcamp in 1991 and I was surprised at the deductions taken from my paycheck. We had to pay for the haircuts. It was all part of our uniform allowance.
When I went thru Cape May in 1986 the first haircut was free. Coasties were still aloud to have beards until July of 1986 when Admiral Yost took over as Commandant of the Coast Guard. I didn’t have a cent to my name and just a high school education. I served on 3 large cutters including an ice breaker, Two TAD/TDY tours at the Avdet GTMO. I made Chief and went Direct Commission Officer Program later in my career. I earned several (four) degrees during my off time. The Coast Guard is the real deal! I loved it and still do
My cousin retired as an O-7 in the Coast Guard. Did some pretty intense drug interdiction shit with MSRT in Miami. Then went to Kodiak, Alaska where he was a Cutter Captain then retired Rear Admiral. Solid branch for an interesting maritime career to be honest.
If you guys want a good laugh at some basic style videos check out a British series called “Bad Lads Army” they put guys through 1950’s style boot camp and it’s hilarious
Oh man bad lads army was amazing i remember the episode when two of the recruits? i guess i would call them went for i wanna say it was almost 2 hours of holding their rifles over their head it was amazing to watch
I was 31B (MP) and it was "coed" training. At Fort Leonard Wood, at least with the older barracks, the females were interlaced within all 3 platoons but they all stayed on a different floor than the males and they were with all females from all platoons. The males from each platoon had their own room.
yeah guys....they get marksmanship rankings and medals, if they end up in a rating where they will need to use the weaponry. Most of these SA (seaman apprentices) will go on to their first duty stations. After reaching official Seaman ranking they can go on the one of the A schools. ( more intensive training in the rating they decide to go into) The CG may be a smaller service, but believe me, they have a multitude of pretty heavy duty positions and missions to train for. Depending on where you are assigned, and what mission you will be required to serve, the training can be pretty hard, such as those involved in the interdiction and enforcement actions. They are one of many special branches of the CG, and they undergo pretty intensive training. In addition to serving on cutters or air support, they are also required to work with other military and law enforcement personnel. They can be posted on a Navy ship, they can serve at American bases working with foreign govt. personnel. They must be competent and flexible. All Coasties must be versatile and able to shift missions or responsibilities when needed. They may go from involvement in a law enforcement capacity to an emergency rescue situation. They all learn to fight fires, they all learn to pilot a vessel, they all learn to use pistols and rifles, they all learn a multitude of skills that allow them to do whatever is needed of them in a given situation. Training and upgrading skills and knowledge is an ongoing part of CG life. That said, boot camp is meant to push the recruits to their limits and mold them into people with the ability to do all that they may be required to do under less than ideal circumstances. They must be able to act under pressure, to follow orders, to work as a team. When these recruits graduate, they are on their way to just that, and they know that they can do it.
That first convo is hilarious because my CC MEC White was a Paris island marine first week of boot camp they started calling out all prior service members me & 3 other soldiers and two marines the first Paris island marine dropped out 3rd week said “there is too much beating not enough training” the other marine from San Diego he fucked with the whole time calling him a “Hollywood marine” 😂😂😂
Man the squad bays the women were in the back room. At night it was a love squad bay. It like the girls took turns in everyones beds on different nights . Wild ... Till one got pregnant 😂
they probably do the male female bunks like they did for me in army basic, two separate bays but they bring everyone into one bay for discipline if they are already inside the building
The clothes on the ground is because of either they did a rack inspection and some people didn't have their clothes folded or stowed properly, or some people didn't lock their rack. The racks have storage under them with just enough space for what you are supposed to have. The bed is lifted to access the storage area like the ones on a lot of cutters. If there is a discrepancy found during an inspection or if you leave your's unlocked, they will throw all of it's contents across the squad bay. If your rack isn't made properly, they rip the sheets off and throw them across the squad bay. It's to let you know you fucked up I think.
Red belt means sickle cell trait. At least that's what it meant when I was going through Navy BC but I imagine Coast Guard is the same EDIT: ok nevermind I commented this before they explained what the red belt meant for the coast guard BC
I love this video so much. One thing is that you guys don’t have to react to the full Boot Camp, but certain parts of it. Just to keep the video shorter, and your view count will be higher cause of the algorithm. Keep up the great work!
30:39 - Colonel Geoffrey Bacon of the 388th AMXS sat me down, at the time SrA. Ali Muttaki... In his commanders office... Because I was about to kill SrA. Albertson, for repeatedly saying "I hate Koreans." In the flight office for crew chiefs. Tsgt. Sully heard his ass. He stopped me. I actually respected Sully... He was a good man. Colonel Bacon went though this whole cock and bull story about how he was stuck walking home in the middle of nowhere. A friendly man offered him a ride. But, as the friendly man reveal his racist attitudes, Colonel Bacon said he got out of the truck and chose to walk... I thought that might be true. I had never talked directly to a Lt. Colonel before. I had never even spoken to my own Captain... Eric Morgan. Yes, Captain Morgan... Yes, he had a sense of humor about it with the enlisted members. After I was forced out "under honorable conditions" I was at a party... And my old supervisor from Iraq, Ssgt. Jerry Rivers, he was there. This guy was screaming "I HATE NIGGERS!!!" over, and over in the yard of this house in Utah, by Hill AFB and Clearfield. Dozens of people heard it. Dozens of people were silenced. Jerry Rivers was promoted to the Viper West Demo team under Msgt Johnathan Veal. Veal sheltered Rivers and Albertson... Darvin Vetter helped him... SMSGT Anthony Turner was in on it too. He was the first sergeant that "lost" some of my responses to my punishment. Those responses would have signaled to supervision that targeted harassment, retaliation, racism, was going on under their command, on their base. Those responses were removed to protect people like Slavatore Detore, Thomas Utley, and others who targeted me with BS punishments. I documented whatever punishments they gave me, in my responses to letters of counseling or an Article 15. A bunch of thugs did back room deals with their drinking buddies, to fuck me out of testing for staff sergeant. I would have destroyed those fools in testing. Ssgt Hathaway was assigned to "train" me in Iraq. I was being tested on every TO we regularly used for a 5 level. It was easy. It was fun. The small brain douche jocks were threatened by that. They would rather overthrow the government than take orders from someone like me. All I would have needed to do is 6 years as a 7 level on the flightline, then I get to kick it in the office until retirement. They look out for each other. Remember, enlisted members sign the check and orders of other enlisted members. They are absolutely taking every advantage and favor they can. It's a closed system with no accountability. I got fucked. And Patrick probably never knew I got fucked. No one who could actually stop it, knew... Or, they knew exactly what was going on... And, they were complicit in a direct abuse of authority to pursue a racist agenda. 4th Fighting Fuujins. Aircraft maintenance unit. F 16 crew chiefs. Patrick, your opinion about what a commander needs to say to their troops... You're not a fucking commander so I wouldn't take your word as worth a shit. You obviously don't see the whole picture, it isn't your job to know that. I apologize if this is upsetting to you. Imagine how I have felt since 2008.
Desert up I like your content but do something about that audio man you guys need to make up or get a better boom or something it's so hard to hear you guys half the time
Hey guys, another great vid to start the weekend as always. P.S. My Marine friend and I once again talked about the Army being merged with the Marines. Thinking about, if that happened, then the Navy and Coast Guard would have to be merged, and possibly Air Force and Space Force too. What do you guys think? Personally, I feel that Marines are tougher and more akin to actual warriors than regular army.
Jason and Patrick hope you're enjoying this channel. Please subscribe and make sure you get our future updates. Thanks for your support.
I agree with the younger generation today they need masculinity to be in them a lot more. They do need to pushed more rather than being taken easy. I love how the AF and CG have water bottles for canteens and the Army and Marines have canteens from the Vietnam War
We had canteens in 2016
We had canteens when I went in 2010
We had canteens in 1986 Cape May. Semper Paratus!
i love how Jason is just turned on by all the drill instructor ladies
Honestly same
Jason is a fellow man of culture
@@Atomsk0192 he likes that domination stuff
Let's be honest tho, Marines are turned on by everything with legs
They're hot AF!
As one of the Company Commanders in this video, thanks for the love!
You guys should review surviving the cut SWCC episode im really curious what Pat has to say about it
Huge amount of respect for the coast guard.
You guys are killing it but fix the audio either get a better boom operator or get you guys your own personal mics .
Same room for sleep but diff showers/bathrooms. Y'all should check out Douglas Munro the coast guards only Medal of honor Recipient
We don’t sleep in the same squad bay. Those canteens are the new ones. I had the old ones back in S-178. There was nothing easy about CG boot camp. It is very hard. Our two dogs were former marines and it was our lead company commander’s last company. So we got the worst of the worst.
All I remember of USAF basic training was all the laundry folding. LOL
It was more about our quality of life. LOL
Went to USCG boot camp in 2012. Yea it was very little like that. We didnt have the Navy jackets, they were all blue color like the standard uniforms. They got the Navy jackets sometime in 2016, probably when the navy started issuing green uniforms so we got the leftovers.
I went to Coast Guard Bootcamp in 1991 and I was surprised at the deductions taken from my paycheck. We had to pay for the haircuts. It was all part of our uniform allowance.
That's not a surprise

MSRT is not in Miami. South TACLET is in Opa Locka, FL.
Waiting for the gameology hosts to do a game of air soft I think it’ll be funnier than tacticool with you lot 😂🔥

Guys you left like 15 seconds of black at the start and a solid 20 min of black at the end watch out
Dude opens a beer can with his teeth 🤘😎🤘 that's metal!!
Jason is right I eat saltine crackers all the time they are great.
The savage actual hat has to be the single greatest piece of merch I’ve seen 🔥
Available @savageactual.com :)
I'd lmfao if you guys went to a few days of that boot camp & just tried to keep a straight face the entire time 😂🤣

Great vid, really enjoyed it!... But i think there is a bit of an editing mistake. From min 32 onwards is just a black screen.
I think that’s on your end. Everything worked for me.
You all should do videos on your replicas, airsoft loadout, and when you make your gillie suit do a video on that. Loving the content and keep it up.
I always laugh at that Full Metal Jacket clip. In the army, at Fort Benning, we used to do full stride giving cadence.
You will be safe lmao
Let me repeat myself you will be safe
Man the squad bays the women were in the back room. At night it was a love squad bay. It like the girls took turns in everyones beds on different nights . Wild ... Till one got pregnant 😂
11:00 can't argue with 'kids who got great grades' comment. USCG is actually the toughest to get into, testing wise.
Vice President of Badassey Pat McNamara in the Morning! And Savage Army at Night!
🇺🇲🦅😎⚓🍺⚔️
Can you guys do Air Force next? And then army and Navy so on! I love your videos so much, you two always put and keep and smile on my face.
they probably do the male female bunks like they did for me in army basic, two separate bays but they bring everyone into one bay for discipline if they are already inside the building
Why does Jason look like Fred durst hahah
Patrick I'd love to hear of your MSRT experience or..bad experience. Was it with their waterside or DASholes?
Notices it at 12:35 I was like wtf bro,??
The wilful lack of a pistol grip on that airsoft gun kills me
Dude yall should react to generation kill man me and my dad watched it and seen your character jason they made you say brah alot lmao
17:52 Clothes on the floor like it's no big deal wtf??? Imagine doing that in the Corps lol
Hey guys can you react to marine Corp boot camp
When I went through cape may in 2017 we had actual canteens
If im not mistaken, that version of the ssg 10 comes with a pistol grip.
You should do a video of you guys building your own ghillie suit!
Not a bad idea!
can you two talk about space force at all
Those guys are total space cadets.
Love your videos have you guys ever watched any videos of CSOR or JTF2? And if you haven’t could you?
Jasons nice and funny on here but seeing him with that stache and sniper i can feel like he was a savage beast when he was in the Marines.
Video is watered down and you guys assumed a lot about the boot camp to downgrade the difficulty
Love the vids fellas but we gotta invest in some mics
18:45 that look😂😂😂😂
But yeah bootcamp looks like fun
I love ritz crackers also.. FUCK!! YEAH!! 🤣👍🏼🇺🇸🥃🥃
Went through in 2017 definitely different canteens lol. Females in their own squad bays, E5 getting out in October 🙌
Imma wait that Airsoft Gameplay
Red belt means sickle cell trait. At least that's what it meant when I was going through Navy BC but I imagine Coast Guard is the same
EDIT: ok nevermind I commented this before they explained what the red belt meant for the coast guard BC
Not being critical here, but y'all could make some microphone improvements that would triple the content experience of your channel.
Working that issue! Thanks.
Not trying to hate or anything but the Swimming test part was less demanding than mandatory swimming in german schools
With my weird ass stomach condition I relied on ritz crackers to survive for a while lol they’re so good lol
dope video guys but you gotta fix the audio, your intro is hella loud and your voices are kinda low!
Working on it
What’s so bad about MSRT?
One in five recruits don't make it through boot camp.
I'm digging her.. She could be my hat any day...
Ritz better sponsor you guys
I love this video so much. One thing is that you guys don’t have to react to the full Boot Camp, but certain parts of it. Just to keep the video shorter, and your view count will be higher cause of the algorithm. Keep up the great work!
Also, that “free from intimidation” thing is BS. You will be intimidated.

The garage you guys do the videos from echos too much. You need to be in a better place for your videos
Powerful stuff! You could get the engagement you deserve with P-R-O-M-O-S-M!!
