Ashford International Announcements and Photos

Ashford International is the next in my series of announcements and photos videos. Announcements at Ashford are provided by Anne on the domestic platforms and Celia Drummond on the international platforms.
Among the regular service trains, there are a few interesting diversions (such as Victoria via Tonbridge, Charing Cross/Cannon Street via Maidstone East etc.), unusual destinations (including the extended service to Faversham and terminating at Minster due to engineering works) as well as delays and safety announcements.

+Trainboy350 That was in October 2012 when the 460s were being transferred from Bournemouth to Doncaster. They all came to Ashford to be loaded on to low loaders. Apparently suitable facilities were not available elsewhere.

I really hope the Anne plague never infects the Eurostar. We've had her at Bromley now for over a year now, and the local passengers have grown utterly sick of the "Essex chav announcer lady". Myself included.
