Those Manischewitz kits are delicious!!! I do them with my son every year, and have done them for a while now. He has so much fun! I’m sure your children will enjoy that tradition (if you elect to make it a tradition) every year, also. 😃
Your home looks nice. Since your mantle is white, and you’re painting the bricks white, I’m hoping you’ll remember to add something contrasting around it to maintain interest of that feature. Monochromatic schemes can be lovely, but something needs to be present for visual interest. 😉
Oh yes!! The plan is to cover the mantle in wood so there’s a bit of contrast.

Ha, I feel you so hard on ‘elegant Hanukkah decor’. 😂 I’ve been trying to decorate elegantly for Hanukkah since I started decorating (after I had my kids; I didn’t decorate before when I celebrated). Partly because I don’t really like tacky decor and partly because I grew up celebrating ‘elegant Christmas’ in Europe and I wanted to bring in some of that spirit. I love the gold palette very much and it is so suitable for Hanukkah. Absolutely beautifully done! Enjoy getting into the spirit of things!

The table runner and pillows are something that would fit into my own decor which is blue. We don't have Target in Canada - it failed. Michaels has such a sad little area. I checked on-line - nothing called my name, mostly children goodies. Perhaps next year ........

Beautiful 💙💙💙 I never see a lot of Hanukkah 🕎 decor in stores. I shop at the Dollar Tree a lot and never see anything but holiday cards. I imagine the decor would be gold and beautiful shades of blue.

I would love the Shalom sign for all year round. Our Michaels never gets Hanukkah decorations, but there was an end cap at Target and a small section at our Party City. Hoping TJ Maxx will get Hanukkah decor because I got so much on clearance last year.
