You should build better tanks man, 150 soft attack for a tank division is toilet water
The reason you are losing is bc you don't have air, your inf isn't that good, you have no doctrines, your overstacking the combat width beyond belief (10 tanks on a tile bruh), and like i said, your tanks aren't good, you should be building 10/8 (10 tanks, 8 motorized or mech) roughly getting around 750 soft attack with the improved medium howitzer

The trick to holding the fronts:
-build lvl 5 forts along the border
-produce a shitton of cas and fighters
-good infantry (24 divisions in the west+5 forts should scare them enough)
-an armygroup (5×24 divisions) should be enough to hold the east (even finland!).
-good templates 9 inf+4 art+ maxed rangers; fighters: as many heavy MGs as possible; CAS: as many of those white bombs (idk rn) and maybe some protection
As a German I can say that your description of Bavaria is absolutely correct. Buuuuuut to be fair you wanted to created an authorian state. And Bavaria is understandable not happy with that. There´s a reason why the enabling act is named directly after the "law" the Nazis boxed through the Reichstag to reform Germany into their dictatorship.

Advice you see that box gage next to the fuel gage where it shows how much fuel you have is the box gage shows you on how much your troops are being supplied.

BTW, the reason the Russian front did so bad was because Austria was busy with Hungary. They're supposed to beat Hungary and flood the eastern front with their troops so that Russia stops their march, you can help Austria win with volunteers.

Easiest way to win: Hide behind forts
took me hours to get through 1936 because I sent volunteers to my future allies, none of whom ended up joining the reichspakt

Your not supposed to get to 180 debt, the goal is less than 150 so the Lacking Preparedness modifier when WW2 kicks off isnt as bad, since its connected to your black monday debt
Dude automatic split off is a thing, then its just the damaged ship that leaves while the rest of the fleet stays put.
Fyi, you can disable the whole fleet repairing together, just select "auto split off" or something like that on the navy.

U need to build in numbers (Division and mils) to not appear any gap, u could extend your Maginot line in pre-war, Medium Tanks will be spear (build 40w with 30 or higher org) , build airforce (with good technology) Playing as Germany can be headaches, but is good

You're not the only one. I've only won once as Germany and I kinda don't even consider it a "victory". I managed to defeat Russia and capulated France, Norway and Italy, but I was still at war with Britain, India, Indochina, Spain, America, and the Patagonia workers party, China declared on me and I exited the game lol. It was 1949.

Whole navy repairing simultaneously was your fault for not enabling automatic split-off earlier, also declaring on norway puts you in an offensive war giving you an offensive war debuff, should have waited for the third internationale to declare on you instead.
Fyi, I'm learning German and kaiserreich is pronounced "kay-ser-reighk" not "ki-ser-righk"

The amount of divisions is extremly annoying. I have playthroughs with 12 divisions per tile. You cant push without tanks and as an infantry enjoyer i believe thats cringe
