You don't have access to all parts of the citadel right away, you'll have to do a couple missions first. So don't get disappointed.
I was actually pretty impressed! It felt a lot livelier than in previous games.
27:33 Bailey got no time for BS.
He's a man on a mission!
Fun story from when I first played this game. At the weapons loadout bench at the archives, I switched my pistol with one of the DLC ones because it packed a bigger punch. However I didn’t realize that it also had a slower firing rate. So when the robot was charging at me and there was that timed segment, my pistol wouldn’t fire fast enough and she kept reaching me and killing me. Best part was that the game reloaded right at the part where she was running at me so I was trapped in this never ending loop of just being run at and getting killed, all because of my stupid slow pistol. Thank goodness I always create new save files whenever I save, haha…I ended up being able to reload a little farther back in the archives, before the weapon bench.
Oh damn! That sounds so frustrating (and a bit funny, sorry Roma)!
@@KallistaPlays Oh it’s totally funny now! Not so much at the time, haha
The citadel is full of background conversations, news reports, Even little 30 second side dialogue choices so checking out the crowds and corners can be rewarding.
This version of the Citadel feels so full, I really like it.
10:55 The change loadout option takes you to the weapon select screen
I thought it would but thanks for confirming that!
Yeah, they really improved the Citadel from ME2! It still lacks the 'openness' of ME1's Citadel for me, though, even if that was just an illusion created by those hidden elevator loading screens.
The Citadel definitely felt a lot more alive here!
