Regarding the 9m mark, the terminology "Data Trace Comparator 0-3" is kind of strange.. what is being compared? And what are the 32 ITM Stimulus ports for? I thought Trace Streaming requires a special ETM debugger (J-Trace) as well as dedicated 1-4 TPIU Trace pins on the programming connector.. but here it looks like the trace signasl are routed to the single SWV/SWO pin? In addition to SWV being used for ITM_SendChar()? BTW, any idea if STM32CubeIDE's SWV Viewer is the same things as Trace-Control in Eclipse/OpenOCD? I'd love to use a J-Link Edu/Mini or AT-Atmel-ICE debugger, on other SWD-compatible boards, not just for STM32 (ex. Microchip Smartfusion2, SAMD21, etc).
This is actually useful and easy to follow. I did not expect to be able to trace various data and show graphs just from the SWO pin
thanks for your very nice video it helped me a great deal
