I experienced two arrests in the past. The first one included two charges related to controlled substances, but fortunately, both were dismissed. The second arrest also involved a controlled substance, but that charge was later modified to disturbing the peace. All three charges were classified as Class A misdemeanors and occurred in January 2016. While two charges were dismissed, one was changed to a non-deportable status because my lawyer failed to explain the potential consequences. After that, my lawyer became a judge, and I returned to court to have the charges adjusted due to a constitutional error. As a green card holder, I'm concerned about whether this could prompt USCIS to start removal proceedings against me. Since 2018, I have maintained a clean record, consistently paid my income and property taxes, and filed my returns annually. I arrived in the U.S. in 2007 as a Special Immigrant Visa holder after serving as a translator/interpreter for the U.S. Marines for four years. Do you think I still have a chance to become a U.S. citizen, or is deportation a genuine risk? Thank you for taking the time to read my situation!

Many new tra-ders face challenges without proper guidance. I found success by learning from James Clark's expertise.

I recently sold half my tech stock holdings due to all-time highs, leaving me with $400k. Should I invest in ETFs now or wait for a market correction considering potential inflation?

From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.

We are Canadian citizens came to USA in 2022 on work visa. My daughter and I am are on TD status since 2022.
My daughter did her high school from USA and now she is in college.
Now my husband decided to apply for eb2 niw for green card.
My daughter is now 19 years and 10 months old . For filing the petition is her age will be locked according to Americas children act 2023? As it states:
The bill also modifies various provisions related to calculating an individual's age for immigration purposes and the priority date of certain immigration-related applications. For example, to determine whether an individual is a dependent child for certain immigration petitions, the individual's age at the time a petition is filed shall be the age used for that determination. (Currently, this determination for some petitions is based on the individual's age at the time a visa becomes available, so it is possible for an individual to be a dependent child when filing a petition but become too old to qualify by the time the visa is available.)
    Thanks,

Hi so I have a question. My siblings are in the US lawfully via parole, and they want to become a lawful permanent residents because all of their family members are in the US. My parents are both LRP and they just applied for their US citizenship. Both siblings are over 21 and my sister is here with her two daughters under 14. Can they apply for green card and if yes how can we apply for my sister's children? Their parole ends in April 2025 and they don't want to overstay

I am applying for US citizenship soon and it just occurred to me that I haven’t updated my state ID card since November 2021. I’ve moved twice since then and now reside in North Carolina. My DMV doesn’t have available appointments till Jan 2025 … will this be an issue ? My husband and I own two homes together and we have a pretty strong case otherwise.

Hello Mr Bernstein , having a ten year bar bc of overstay visa means person have to wait out the time or there’s a possibility of returning to the state before or there’s no legal way to shorten the bar time even through a filing process of a adult child
