The plot of our society has clear and sole title in the name of our society. The owner of our neighbouring plot is asking our society to give 12m right of way through our society plot. Does giving right of way to our neighbour amount to dilution of plot ownership rights of the society? Is consent of each of 47 members of the society needed for granting right of way to neighbour?
