What if society is not registered? Can it go under redevelopment? If yes, how?
Pl get society registered first and then go ahead for redevelopment
If approved plans is not available to society than by paying premium can We get it.
In absence of approvd plans occupation certificate or assessment extract prior to dataum line to be provided
