For that price I could build a small tiny house to hunt out of. Whats up with all the hunting equipment getting so pricey. 1k for a bow, 50 for 3 broadheads,100 for a dozen arrows, 100 for a longsleeve camo crew shirt, 300 for a jacket damn yall are making hunting a money racket.
Inflation! Some people have more money than time (not me for sure...). I worked out a collaboration to test this set up out. I still had to pay several thousand, but with lumber these days it don't go far. Heck, just the 2 10' tower bases I made cost over 600 each just in lumber! And this thing is spray foam, will outlast me and you, comfortable to use and the deer really don't even notice it. I put up a vlog video of the very first day I put it up they were in that food plot as if nothing had even changed, so the design 'sump' seems to work.
Well that's the great part of Living in America. To each their own. Some people want or actually need a little more comfort and insulation than others do. Thanks
Well he is young, and a new business owner, so I think that is the reason for that. But I liked his tenacity in starting his own business at his age! Thanks.
You bet. Hey, you didn't send me you info on messenger for a t shirt? Don't have many left, but send you your info, I think I might have 2x left..? thanks man
That thing will be awesome. I'll like to check one out in person. Thanks for sharing man. Keep us updated on the installation of it. Im very interested. 👍👍
Loved it when you first showed it on the live feed. Have to say I'm jealous buddy. Trying to think how I could get it 2.5 miles back into my land on a wheeler trail. Out of delivery range in upstate NY
I have 4 of the Banks Blinds and you can't beat them for the price IMO. My brother had a tree fall on his Banks Blind and we called Mike Banks for advice of what to do. Mike said to get the tree off of it as quick as possible and make sure to have it in the sun and that it will take form again and that it did. We just had to order replacement windows. I've had 2 of mine blown down from a tornado and just needed to replace a couple windows and that was probably because of my chair hitting them when it was blown down. This blind looks cool and I like the idea, but it's twice the money and I don't think it would survive a tree falling on it or getting blown down from high winds. For the hunters that don't have to worry about high winds or trees falling on them and have a little deeper pockets then this blind would probably be great for them. I graduated with Mike and I'm friends with and live in the same town as the Bank's families so I might be a just a little bias to the Banks Blinds. Bucks are chasing here. Happy hunting!
Very good info! I too, have 3 banks blinds! They are great no doubt! Competition has become very stiff that is for sure! Bottom line is if you shop around, there are lots of options at many different price points. Thank you. I do like my banks blinds as well.
@@kapperoutdoors Yes, with all the competition there's a blind out there for everyone and if people search hard enough there's one for everyone's budget. Gotta love capitalism! Let's go Brandon. Keep up the good work and don't forget how many are living their dreams through watching your videos!
I own and operate a hunting business. Don’t like to be negative but for me the price would be an issue and most of the clients I take are getting age and weight on them so the wooden ladders would be an issue. Also , there are too many windows and I wonder if they fog up. I hope the young fellow all the best. Everyone else may love them.
I’m not understanding the purpose of the bottom layer. U could build your own tower and put the top half on for way cheaper. Does he just sell the top?? I see zero need for bottom.
Now just bring @Josh Beckett up to show you his farming skills❤️ 😂. Joe did you see his bulldozer take out that tree. He could clear your planned farm plot strategy, eliminate problem trees on land between ponds in a day. Now can the Ford haul it on a trailer to your Il farm? Nice stand. Closed cell foam, no water, bugs etc., solid and should be very quiet and warm.❤️👍 Old dog and young pup going at it would be a entertaining video.
There is a ton of new competition on them now and they are coming down in price. All depends on what you want. But to me, to be able to sit in comfort, in a nice chair, out of the elements is priceless! LOL. Good luck.
Well not really, if you look at lumber and material cost these days, this is very high quality, will last a lifetime, keep you warm and it is not really that much overall. A big investment, but I think a good one. Thanks.
A lot of echo, which means zero sound proofing for $4000?!? The deer will hear you fart a half mile away in that thing. Additionally, with no tint on the windows they will see you moving around a half mile away as well. Lastly, you need a skid steer or decent sized tractor to assemble it? Not practical for most consumers from what I can see.
The spray foam is excellent sound deadening material. And there are curtains for the windows to cover them as you like. And you barely need a yard tractor with forks to set it up.
@@kapperoutdoors My ears didn’t deceive me, that thing echos like crazy, which means it has very little sound deadening. Curtains? What good are curtains as you can’t see through them. Almost every blind maker out there offers tinted windows, so you can see through them without the deer seeing you.
Looks great but where I hunt ud have to keep the curtains down and still b able to see out as the deer would b checking u out from a distance. My stands I use artificial tree branches to keep the ability to see u move to a minimum. With all those windows u ain’t done yet my friend. Ur busted before u even know it !!
Um, I rather build my own stand or buy 9 deer stands for that kind of money! I could build my dream gun with that kind of money as well! Insane... Otherwise, to expensive for the average hunter like myself
@@conradladouceur7557 So far only one sit, but covered up with deer. From day 1 they did not pay any attention to it. We can see it from our house and video bucks right in front of it almost every day :)

ha ha so you think huh?? Guess you also knew that I was disabled and pretty beat up, with lots of metal parts, and can't sit in a tree anymore? Not to mention, when you build the property AROUND the blinds, 12 months a year, which is year round deer hunting, then it makes perfect sense to use them! Just some thoughts... Thanks.

I'm sorry and can not confirm nor deny if they are or aren't more acurrate.. Nor can I confirm the legitimacy of them either..
Congratulations
Seeing all that wood I certainly hope it is treated for termites, big time if one was going to use one here in the southern states.
Thats a good point! Couldn't say for sure. But that is also why I put mine on a clean 3" gravel pad. Might help with that. Good point though for sure!
The windows need tinting
How do you anchor this blind?
There are 4 anchor steel tabs, with 4 foot ground anchors
Looks nice, have you checked out the grizzly box blind? Very nice as well.
That free buck will end up costing about $99.00 lb all totaled.

I think he was nervous. He's a bit young and just started this business, seems like a great guy. I also met his dad, good people.
That's a nice looking blind Kap. You could camp out in there lol
I know! Sleeping bag, small heater and I'm set!
So can these be bought ! If so where do I call to order
Nice blind kapper CONGRATULATIONS on buying it. Where is the bottom half of it you only have the top. Yall take care and be safe sir.
Thanks. I put the bottom half in the barn to keep the inside and wood floor dry.
I feel like the bottom is wasted. Does it have a purpose other than holding the top on?
Well it does look like a big tree stump, and if a guy wanted to he could sleep in it! lol
Yah, the shitter is on the first floor.
That blind is SWEET.... definitely the Cadillac of all blinds..👍
But expensive... big 💰..
yep no doubt there, not for everyone. But I think for the buyers, they will enjoy it for decades to come.. thanks.
Good looking stand! Keep Schick out of it. All I can imagine is that thing tipping over and rolling down a big hill.😂😂
oh my gosh man, can you imagine that!? But that would be a great video! lmao
I vote Kentucky, in the middle of the big field by the shed so it could double as a shooting tower for the range to see some more 1k shots

To each their own. I do know they have been improving on this initial model recently. The foam insulation sure will be nice on mega cold days. Thanks.
I'll keep my Shadowhunter blind ($1500).Thank you
For $4500 the inside could have been finished with a dark commercial outdoor carpet for the walls, floor and ceiling.
Perhaps, but just the spray foam insulation is not that cheap. I'll be setting mine up here very soon, thanks.
Or at least 1 hooker, some viagra and a pile of blow
