Love the “cited by” tip! I use it on research gate when the paper I’m reading is too technical or uses complex language. The cited by section gives me less-complex interpretations of the same text so I use it to put the text in my own words once I understood it.
Thank you soo much! I'm just getting started on writing my very first Literature Review, and your video has definitely helped me to feel more confident with sourcing credible information! Ngaa mihi nui ki a koe
I use Google Scholar's all the time. My tutor told me about this site and I feel in love with Google scholar right away. I use it to do all my research papers. I am a history major so all we do is write papers and read books all the time. Thank you Soo much for sharing. I love this video. Love you dear 😚😚😘😘.
UGH I wish this video was out a year ago when I was an undergraduate taking a graduate level where our professor wanted us to gather research studies (60-80 pages a week) on google scholar. Thanks so much for making these videos !
Thank you so much for sharing the tips! Indeed, this is useful especially coming from a third-world country where the local university offers fewer tips and guidance.
Amazing content thanks. Here's where having a legal writing background really helps you to be pithy and know when you have sufficient sources. It's a brilliant skill to have for all subjects.
Great, Doc in sha Allah I am so grateful for this information. I am just going to begin my litterature review for my PhD on automatic translation of legal documents. Please I need this kind of help. Because I am racing against time. I want to complete the work in six months. I am greatly encouraged by your videos. Please guide me, salaam aleikum.
I find this your video concerning using google scholar very rewarding as l am about to embark on another journey of my education. Please, if you could throw more light on the usefulness of"and" "or" when conducting search, it would be very helpful. Thanks so much for all you are doing.
Amina, thank you loads. I wonder why nobody really talks about it. Like supervisors or maybe some tutors, well. Maybe they assume being researchers we supposed to find it out ourselves. lol
Thanks for the help! Great job! Can you tell a bit more about how to specify details more clearly. Like if I want to do research on Cognitive Assessment in School Settings with 5th graders? Can you help with topics being much more specific? Are there any tricks to getting better results?
Can you tell me your opinion about using books by Springer and elsivier like publishers. They are as good as the reviews. But I don't know about the impact factor of book chapter. A connected question is that the number of citations ... Is that enough to initially judge the worth of the a chapter/review paper ?
Please can you do a video on how to searching two research papers using same topic, one on qualitative and the other on quantitative analysis using primary research please no systematic reviews? 🙏
can you please help me? what should i put in the google scholar if my topic is about helping grade 5 students to be familiarize to our national heroes. thanks
