Ryan first noticed Bang Chan after watching a MEGA viral 2021 performance by Stray Kids they did in the show Kingdom, which was inspired by Ryan’s iconic Deadpool character. Shortly after the video release, ryan tweeted the group a simple “hello,” which turned into an adorable Twitter exchange ending in Bang Chan and Ryan exchanging autographs and contacts. Ryan even claimed Bang Chan as his “new favorite Australian,” a title held by other Australian bestie, Hugh, which made him jokingly jealous and eventually joining the friendship. We STAYs have been waiting for a real life interaction between them since forever now , I can gladly say that we are very satisfied 😁
Fun fact! Aside Ryan and Chris (Bangchan) being friends, Ryan also admitted that "Disney/Marvel has no idea I did that (cameo in the MV with the suits,)" which I'm sure is something we could expect from Ryan 😆
Stray Kids did a Deadpool inspired performance in 2021. Ryan Reynolds saw that performance and was very impressed. Since then Ryan and Bang Chan (Stray Kids Leader) are good friends 😊 the Deadpool account even posts yearly birthday edits of Bang Chan Stray Kids did a song for the new Deadpool and Wolverine movie called Slash and Hugh and Ryan were part of the music video for Stray Kids new song Chk Chk Boom which you checked out

Hugh Jackman who plays wolverine of course and then Ryan Reynolds who plays Deadpool they also have a song out called SLASH which is going to be a OST on the movie this is a pre-release to their album. There is no music video for SLASH and I think you already react to Mountain ?! The two members who are Australian Felix and bang Chan know Ryan Reynolds very well matter fact they correspond with each other through social media and so does Hugh Jackman! 😊👍 Deadpool and wolverine movie dominated the box office this past weekend it actually was the highest grossing film breaking all the records including Some of the Star Wars premier movies!
