The funny part is that this plot was also the plot of the early 2000s movie She Gets What She Wants (aka Slap Her, She's French)--which starred Michael McKean (yes, Chuck McGill, of all people), among others...
I gotta admit the character of Yvette was super cool. I especially liked how when she caught Bud drilling the holes in the wall adjacent to where her sleeping quarters was, she didn't scold him or start to beat him. Instead, being the open-minded cutie she was, she didn't mind him being a voyeur.

I gotta admit the character of Yvette was super cool. I especially liked how when she caught Bud drilling the holes in the wall adjacent to where her sleeping quarters was, she didn't scold him or start to beat him. Instead, being the open-minded cutie she was, she didn't mind him being a voyeur.
