I have one in my room and it's really plain and boring right now and I think it has good potential but I just don't know what to do with it!! it's a window sill that is about 1.5/2ish feet from the window to the edge and about 2/2.5ish feet across. thanks!!

The way I understood the instructions is you have to cut a slit on either side of the leg of the legging, leaving a one-inch space in the middle of the cuts. Then slide your scissors in between the front and back of the fabric and cut off the front part of the legging from that space that you left, and make sure the back part of the legging stays intact. Then cut a strip going in a spiral down the legging, starting from the intact space at the back. It might also help to re-watch that part of the video at 0.75 speed so you can see more easily what's going on. I don't know if I explained that any better than the video, but I hope you find it helpful in some way :) xo
