I completely understand! I'm glad you found the other one that you liked :) I'm happy overall with my pink coco handle from this collection and it's caviar so it didn't give me anxiety ahahah!
I think you should return the bag because it’s not perfect and you’re already doubtful with the creasing and likely frequent store handling… you would not feel happy down the track ( I have felt the same way) and with the expensive price tag, you’d feel disappointed with the quality issue.
Super agree! I definitely learned to not keep if my heart is not happy because I have purchased so much stuff from Chanel that I never returned because I was too shy and now it's just sitting in my closet and not being used because I wasn't even 100% my heart with it so now I just stare at them with regrets. Especially the ones with defects! Three chanel items I bought have awful defects and I never returned them even though I wasn't in love with them anyways and now every time I see them I just shake my head... lol
I recently just purchased a mini flap and it had to crease at the bottom. They are sourcing me another one, but they told me that my next bag will be a final purchase. And they cannot guarantee if it will be in better condition. Have you ever heard of anything like that? it doesn’t seem right that they are going to send me another bag and they told me that the 14 days has run out because the 14 days goes by my original purchase. It does not seem that you had the same experience?
Omg !! That’s so crazy! I’ve never heard of something like that!! What’s your relationship like with your SA? I feel like they just don’t want to do too much for you and then lose the sale . My SA did all he could until I found the perfect one I like.
@@NurseKirsten I’ve only done two sales with her. She told me that this is their policy from her boutique manager. I have never heard of anything like this.

My friend has gone through like 3 replacements in trying to get the perfect bag cuz the first one has a defect, so she asked for exchange but the second one the leather was so dull instead of shiny, and then the third one the strap had a rip lol so finally at the last exchange she got the perfect one. But they did say girl ur so picky. Lol I mean for these prices we have the right to be! Is it the black mini flap you were trying to get?
Hmm so tricky! I know how you feel. It's a toss up between how much you love it and how much you can tolerate the creasing. Will you keep thinking about the bag if you let it go? I definitely weighed out how much I love it vs how much it'll bother me and I decided to just be content from the two bags I already bought in this collection (black mini top handle and the pink coco handle) and hopefully the collection coming out In a couple weeks I'll find something else I love!

So I bought three bags from this collection (black mini top handle, the pink mini top handle, and the pink coco handle in caviar) I ended up returning this one, but I'm kind of glad I did because it's the exact same color as the pink coco handle so maybe I'll aim for a beige or brown mini top handle next :)

I bet!! It had some dirty marks, the creasing like it was constantly opened, stuffing has already been taken out and the plastic cover on the hardware taken off which is usually what’s done for the displays !
Probably because three or four things I recently bought that I kept all had defects from chanel like a lopsided CC lol or stitching that is already loose etc or a peeled off leather. I've learned my lesson to be meticulous and not just settle anymore. I bought THREE bags from this collection alone and so I told myself I should just be content that the black mini top handle and the pink COCO handle are beautiful enough lol hopefully with the new collection coming out in two weeks I am going to get my hands on something beige or brown because I collect way too much pink lol!

I looked at that same bag brand new- I didn’t buy it due to the creasing. I got the pink with CHANEL written on the chain instead (small flap bag).
