Granted anyone could get on ebay, fb marketplace, amazon, etc and buy a phone. However, buying a phone that you can flip for a profit is easier said than done. Those two points I think would make it more clear for anyone watching these videos.

What I’m kinda confused about is the screen repair shops and all that around my area want to charge around 100 to 200 sometimes even more to repair it. How are you expecting to make a somewhat decent profit from flipping phones when you go to spend that kind of money to repair them and the phone cost 100 and $200 itself and you’re only gonna get about three $400
You don’t need to buy broken phones to make profit. If you do choose to buy broken phones, you repair them yourself to cut cost by like 80%, or you build relationship with a repair tech for better rates. Those prices are high, search around and you will find substantially better rates.

Hello, im new to iphones but heard about how I could get scammed as the seller can report lost or stolen and get a new free one. Is that only if they have the applecare + plan. Do you ever use a bill of sale and ask for id? I feel like that could turn away a lot of people both scammers and legit, but if only the applecare plans last for 2-3 years then only devices that are younger then 3 years I need to be worried about?

$250 euros or dollars? My family is from Croatia and prices are crazy high for phones there If I were you I’d look into buying them for low in Germany and selling to cell phone shops in other smaller European countries!
@@kristiankumric yeah the currency is euro. When it comes to buying phones one major problem is that there aren't many sites to look for. It's really limited. Marketplace for example is full of scammers. No chance you find something there. But I'll definitely try selling them across Europe for better margin.

You have to price pretty competitively for them to move at a good pace. Find compatibles that sold recently and list your item like 5-10 bucks lower. I also take really clear photos + add brand new chargers with the phones, which adds a lot of perceived value for very little extra cost. You make a little less profit per unit but being able to move them fast makes you a lot more money overall. (I’d rather sell 50 phones a month at a 20-30% profit margin, then wait a month to sell 5 phones at a 40-50% margin)
Another thing to keep in mind is every single person has a phone, and when they break it’s something people wanna replace asap. so the amount of people buying phones on the platform is a lot higher then the amount of people buying more niche products you may have tried in the past

How can I fix this? Or if this is normal for a new account how long will this go on for?
It’s going to be a bit harder to do with a new account, did you not already have a Facebook account you could use? People tend to be a bit sketched out when it comes to meeting up with new accounts on marketplace

Not sure if there’s any restriction. I would strongly recommend using your personal account if you want to do this, people trust personal accounts a lot more.
Nice Vid However You do live in Canada and all Canada phones come unlocked so they are easier to sell. Phones will sell in 5 minutes on eBay as soon as you list them but it was still a cool challenge. Starting with $100 is something different keep it up.

It's not being able to sell the phones, it's mostly about how many bills you have. If you don't have bills than anyone who's doing this can make a lot of money.

I do Canada only as I am in Canada. I normally pick all 3 of the options and let the buyer decide.

Pull the screen off and unplug old screen replace with new, plus there could be seals for the screen

Normally sell them for quite a bit higher then this locally. In the videos I sell them for less to move them quickly
