I agree!! She acts like her face will crack and fall apart if she would do something horrible ... Like **SMILE!**

Her 'resting bitch-face' game is strong. Or she's just too cool to smile. 😄

Gotta give it to the pro for keeping her composure. Had that been my model, she would've been sent home with a bad referral and we would've NOT PAID her.

Is it possible to do a Rose Quartz Bayalage on someone with say a #8 base hair color? I have never had a problem with getting pretty light highlights. I used to go even more blonde in the summer (especially around my face). I have never been that person with really dark roots with very unnatural looking highlights... The color of my hair is unique. My hair is not DARK brown but it’s also not so light that you could mistake it for dirty blonde... It always lightens up A LOT in the summer time and gets some lighter reddish hues. Would I need to maybe lighten my hair THEN do a Rose Quartz? I am 41 but have never been guessed to be over 30-32 years old! I look EXACTLY like my aunt who has always looked 10-15 years younger than she is. She is 54 and looks not a day over 40! It’s all in our genes... I have NEVER, EVER had any procedure done to my face or body. Not even like a chemical peel or microdermabrasion, etc... (I know about all these because I have 3 sister-in-laws, several friends and many coworkers that are all within a year of my age and they all do these procedures PLUS MANY MORE!!!) Anyway, I feel the Rose Quartz would look really good on me and make me look even younger! BUT... can it be done on my hair color? Please let me know your thoughts, including any hair colorists reading this. Thank you so much!😊

So six weeks ago I had a all over hair color to even out my locks, two weeks later I finally went in to get my highlights or what they call a balayage! I love how it all turned out and the color underneath was beautiful problem is that it has lightened up all over and now it is an ugly reddish brown. I go back in to have my roots colored but what is that going to do for the rest of my hair that doesn’t have the same tone as before? How do they do that without ruining my highlights

Hi Theresa! With so many factors at play and without being able to see what's going on, we recommend expressing your concerns and reiterating your desired end result at your next salon visit so that your stylist can work to make it happen.
