It was a bit hard to watch Djimon this interview, I felt kind of awkward for him in certain parts of the interview. Great actor, seems like a good dude. But gets carried away, does not know how to ideally explain what he is trying to say. But it probably because English is not his first language as it not mine either. Also, 7:05 that entire part of the interview in the end, I laughed man. It felt like you are having a job interview you trying your hardest to sell yourself and the person who is interviewing you just says ''It's amazing, Thank you very much. We will give you a call tomorrow if you were successful. '' Then never hear from them again.
He is very worried about giving spoilers away and it shows...thats all. Some people will be better at the press interviews than others. Hope he is more comfortable in future and give it some practice...simple.
@frozenrose2305 Well... I mean the man has been acting since the early 90s. He had a lot of time to practice. I think it's not that he was nervous or anxious or that he was worried he would spoil something. I think it's the language barrier. I could be wrong, I am not saying I know everything, but that's my assumption.
@nox5870 I have looked at other interviews and he articulated himself well, his demeanor was nothing like this so thats just my view on it...based on other interviews its seems like nerves more than language barrier to me and as you said he's been acting for a while, but not much major interviews though. Check out his GQ interview, he's more calm and relaxed.
When I tell y’all I was balling my eyes out once you see them all together wow I love you JOHNNN
I love Djimon, great actor!!

Love him too.
I'm excited to see the prequel of the quiet place great horror franchise
Djimon Hounsou, - elegant actor. 🤩
The movie speaks to Djimon's obvious virtue, Silence. So it's certain his character will survive.

The only truth is that he is a 'speak less, act more' person. An introvert.
Not anxiety, not language barrier, and maybe spoiler control.
