This was so eye-opening for me. As a lifelong US citizen, I never realized just how many phrases could be problematic for non-natives trying to acclimate. I always assumed it was just metaphors and regional words that could present problems.
I have an advanced level of English, so I think this video is very helpful for beginners. I have an extensive vocabulary, and I am fluent in English, and I speak more American English, so if someone wants to improve their language skills, my advice is to do it yourself and don't give up. The main thing is patience and aspiration, just do anything to achieve your goals. I also have goals, and I am going to do my best to achieve goals in my life. Likewise, I am learning Spanish and French. ( Hablo algunas palabras en Español, pero necesito mejorar mi conocimiento. La única razón por la que decidí aprender Español es porque es un idioma muy hermoso y siempre hay buenas oportunidades para encontrar un buen trabajo si sabes muchas idiomas. ☺️
Hell yeah, I already knew some phrases, moreover, It is tremendous that some channels like this one bring us lessons like that, and I swear at all times are going to be so come in handy for all of us. So thank you in advance and the great feelings from Colombia 🇨🇴.
That’s very interesting. So many valuable informations -thx a lot! This is literally the stuff they don’t teach you in school 🤔 I’m a German native speaker and I learnt English for 8 years in highschool and I’m still approving. The most interesting this is the difference between „text me“ and „message me“. I did not know that there was a difference. In Europe for instance we don’t even use text messages on our phones that much. Most of the time we use the WhatsApp Messenger. This app actually removed almost entirely the nercessety of using SMS on a smartphone. So it’s a very weird feeling to remind myself to call it messaging instead of „texting“.. 😅
Thanks dear Anna for your English videos time. They are helping me with my reading and Speaking English 🗣️. I love this kind of short English videos because I can repeat it frequently 🤗. God bless you Anna 🤗.
WoooW I would like to improve my english skills, and you can really help me, because I can't stop watching your videos 'cause you are really beautiful.

Hi Anna, I really appreciate your English level ❤ because you're you an inspiration to many people (including me) who want to learn/improve their English knowledge. I'm Peruvian and I'm still learning it because I wanna keep overcoming myself and this helps me expand my vocabulary, increase my listening understanding and boost my pronunciation, among other things despite my limitations which I fight against every day. Xoxo. 🥰
These are helpful I really like this lesson Keep up in this way like how to introduce yourself like natives speakers in 4 ways and other ways to squeeze or to use some words in short words can explain the long phrase I like the way you sound My listening starts be better than speaking and this embarrassing me When I speak sometimes I stuck And i really wanna speak American English accent The library in my small town does not have speaking club 😔😔😔 GOD'S ON OUR SIDE 🙏🙏🙏 👇
