You've to send email with the payment reference code, you can get it from your bank if you don't have it either.

Good evening!
Please i made a payment for Digital NIN slip download through NIMC app yesterday evening.
I choose bank transfer and transferred the proper amount of ₦1,200.63 and it went successful. And then i went back to the app and click on "I've sent the money".
After rolling, it shows successful....but next thing i saw was "rrr error" stuff without download link.
And next thing it showed me is to validate my payment with "Remita Retrivial Reference" code.
Please how do i go about this? I don't have any rrr code.
