Great review. I have had an mPulse Conquer since 2021. It also has the sound vibration therapy (ART). I recently upgraded to the new NIR panels with red light therapy. It was very easy to switch out the original NIR panels. I think this is a great enhancement.

Great and informative video. A step stool is a great idea. I’m 5’-1” and never even bother to put my feet on the floor - but a step stool would make the sauna more functional for me for sure! Plus they would sell a lot of them.

But I can tell you that the least-expensive Sunlighten sauna (the Solo) starts at $2,600.

I have the same sauna and everything works fine except the infrared panels don’t turn red. The blue light comes on when I activate near infrared, but the red lights never come on..
Really wanting that fixed and I’d be 100% happy. Can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong or find anyone else documenting this as an issue
Are you sure you have the latest-generation mPulse? The previous gen didn’t have red light therapy.

We have an Mpulse Conquer that we bought just over a year ago. Our panels don't turn red either even though they look the same as the panels on the model in this video. I can't figure it out either.
@@hayleyanderson128 A year ago, the mPulse wasn't equipped with red light panels yet. So you must have gotten the older generation before the new one launched. I'd call Sunlighten and ask if they offer upgraded panels you could swap out.
This is great information! How long do you recommend for a length of time to sauna? Also, why do you prefer the red light in the sauna, like this model versus adding a bright light panel in the sauna?

Thank you for the review. I've heard other reviewers state that full spectrum saunas do not have the level of NIR (PBMT) necessary for therapeutic benefit. I also heard one quote a study that shows combining the levels in a sauna may be harmful and that a sauna should be FIR only and use a separate panel for NIR and MIR. Thoughts?
Sunlighten uses dedicated heaters (for each wavelength). So I don't see any issues.
That is correct, "Full spectrum" or red light therapy is useless in a sauna because they are COLD temp therapy. red light is fantastic when used OUTSIDE the sauna.
@@WordAboveAll That makes no sense whatsoever. Red light therapy (outside a sauna) involves NIR for most use cases and that's not cold therapy.

I’m guessing he didn’t have to deal with customer service after purchasing. They sent me a giant brick, they are difficult to get in touch with unless you are calling sales, and their quality assurance obviously isn’t up to standard because they shipped units that can’t communicate with the other parts they are connected to. I finally got through and they sent me a usb to update, plugged it in, pulled the drive as the directions said, now all the screen does is flash. Unbelievable to me to spend $8k and get this level of service.
I'm sorry to hear you had issues with your sauna. So far, I haven't had any issues getting in touch with or communicating with their customer service.
