It's crazy how every new brawler has a way to counter mortis but he still is the most popular brawler in the game. Maybe one day bad randoms will realize he sucks but I think it won't happen soon
He's permanent meta and will take more skill with each counter
He is fun to play and PPL play brawl stars for fun and enjoyment. There are less players who play for competitive

his arrows are kinda slow and you do need skill to play him anyways so it is kinda balanced tbh

This feels like a Frankenstein (like literally, not Frank) of a lot of brawlers.
You got Piper's range
You got Hank's charge attack mechaninc
You got Spike's ult (without the slow) and star power
You got Crow's and Byron's poison
You got Eve's water walking mechanic
You got Cordelius' gadget (first one)
You got Mandy's gadget (second one)
The only "unique" thing is his second star power lol

I think they should, on top of nerfing the damage a bit and not making the poison scale so much (if it doesn't scale at all it can make it too bad or too good encouraging attack spam), make the charge rate slower and make him shoot the arrow if holding at the max for 2 seconds (maybe more) and change his second star power to "strong arms" making so he can charge the attack faster (current rate) and be able to hold indefinitely. But still, i have not played him so he could be balanced and I'm just talking nonsense .

I feel people are exaggerating his strength honestly. I'm certain he'll be good, but broken? Nah. The biggest thing people gotta keep in mind is that he can only fire one high damage shot every 2-3 seconds, so if you miss your attack you'll lose so much space. Nani is probably gonna be better for most people in passive modes tbh

Do you think that Supercell actually playtests their new content?
Personally, I think they 100% don't.
Almost everything that they release across all of their games is hideously unbalanced on launch; sure, they get a bit better after content creators get their hands on the new thing and give their thoughts, but those content creators almost always end up saying "this thing is stupid OP, please nerf".

He looks balanced besides his speed tbh. Assassins hardcounter him, and his gadget just lets him get away. Piper’s gadget straight up lets her beat assassins lmao. He Also has to charge his shots, so missing even 1 will be detrimental

When he use 2nd gadget with super, you can't see where it goes, it gust goes until wall
Idk if this will be read or if anyone else agrees but I wanna see a star power for him where missed shot the next shot charges 15% faster. Now I know so many will say get better, agreed however if you aren’t him and get paired with a bad Angelo it’s like playing 2v3 and is not fun! Like if y’all agree maybe we could get devs to make it happen.

Hes basically eve hank mandy janet and piper combined.
His leap gadget is just a fully charged backstage pass than can heal and damagd definitely not broken. He can do 10k damage with one shot with dmg gear and super poision fully charged. He has barley gadget herbal tonic inside his star power with super. Same range as piper same speed as max. And can be faster than max with move speed star power definitely not broken at all

supercell won't stop making the newest brawlers broken. it is frutrating as a free to play player seeing everybody who pays get to have fun with a busted brawler, but by the time it's availible to everybody it gets nerfed. kind of an unhealthy business practice if you ask me.
Im tired of all these new brawlers being broken with the acception of being counter by assassins with movement abilities BUT then give them a gadget to flip that interation!

He's easily countered by kit 💀💀💀
The new Maisie basically. The gadgets help him escape from assassins same with Maisie and the second gadget just effects the main attack. Same with Maisie same with the super.
He won’t be really that much op because of hyper charge and the fact that he’s not very versitile and can be easily countered in maps with no water

He’s not as good as he looks. If he misses or fights more than one person he stands no chance, a lot of marksmen can deal damage faster than him, like piper. His speed is the only thing I think is a bit much. I’m not saying he’s bad, because he isn’t. But people are acting like he’s super op, when he’s maybe a bit above average.
