A lot of people complain about slow farm equipment on the road. But they forget that, without them, there would be no food in the stores. I always give the farmer all the time and room he needs to get the job done. Support your farmers. They feed America.

you did a great job Charlotte. my grand-daughter used to drive my water tender truck for me with her learners permit, but she did have her farm certificate from the county extension that I taught in the winter. you all do a great job getting the farm work done. God bless you all and stay safe

You don't need to be embarrassed or nervous. Charlotte, keep being yourself with the camera. As for those dumb driver's. We can't fix stupid!! Remember, they are living around farm's. Farm machinery will certainly be on the road at planting and harvesting time. They need to adjust their travel time accordingly. You just keep your head on your driving and maintaining a safe distance. Everything will be fine. If the stupid driver(s) hit you. They are at fault and certainly not you! Andy, you have awesome children. All very intelligent, with lots of commonsense. Charlotte talking about pulling out from the stop sign with a heavy foot. Is exactly what you want to do when following a piece of farm machinery. You need to catch up to who you are following, to help maintain safety when traveling on the roads. Plus, you can't have that heavy of a foot or you would drive past the machinery you are following. You did exactly what you needed to do and told us what you were doing. Great job!! Great job Charlotte on your camera commentary, you did what some people can't do and just say what's on your mind. Not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera but you did it and your voice is very calming when explaining what is going on.
Like to comment on last video when Nate was bailing hay. My father was working on the knotters and flywheel was not completely stopped and the knotters tripped resulting in 2 fingers were cut off to the first joint. Andy, they were very wise words, you can't be too safe out there! A big thank you to Charlotte for her narrative, it was very informative and understandable. Forget about the cars in back of you, put on your flashers. Remember that you are feeding America! They can wait!
Another interesting video Andy - great seeing others like Charlotte getting involved with the video recording too. Was hoping to see the 'bean bag' sized rock come out too. I love those open station 4320s and 4020s. There were some of the best tractor John Deere made. They bring more money now than they did new. I used to drive a 4020 with an M&W Turbo with power shift and I loved it. I'm sure Sarah loves riding in the Wind in that 4320. Sarah's definitely a hard-working young lady.

Andy, everything on the north side of the driveway into the overheads there except for the 2 hopper bins is powered off the generator. It was nice being able to talk with your dad a few times when he brought wheat in.

Charlotte & Andy I hear you about traffic and not respecting farm equipment on road ways. Yesterday I was helping my brother on his farm and had to go about 2 miles on a busy road and traffic was passing me on a blind hill, luckily no one was coming the other direction.
