Imagine if Owl Man and Johnny Quick were the twisted main characters in the flash film instead of Barry Allen and the Tim Burton Batman, interesting plot twist.
Given his heritage, persona and skills set, I think Owlman should be Dick Grayson’s ultimate persona. I think Grayson as Nightwing has gone about as far as he can go.
Owlman would beat batman. Just on the sheer fact that he is batman but wont hold back on weaknesses. Not to mention that owlman will exploit everything from batman and beyond. Also i think that owlman just has a more daker calculations on everything making him unpredictable
I agree, Owlman is the perfect opponent for Batman. Not to the same extent as Failsafe, maybe, but still - he has the same brilliant mind and perfectly trained body as Batman, only without any of Batman's inhibitions holding him back. That said, I thought his major advantage was that he was wearing a suit of armor with some sort of strength enhancement while Batman was wearing his normal Batman costume, with much less enhancement. Because Batman trusts his friends and allies to do the super-strength stuff, and Owlman trusts nobody but himself, and sometimes he's not sure about even that.
Batman was already injured when they fought in the animated movie super woman had broken his rib and had tossed him around a few times so I believe the fight would have been better and possibly shorter had he been at full strength, Batman wins but Owlman is a beast and would have loved to see more of him.
