Your videos are always so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. In the past 24 hours my family has suffered 2 major tragedies and now I'm home alone. I went to sleep after being up the previous 24 hours at 6 pm and woke up at 4 am to a silent world. I decided to look at your channel because it's always so calming and this one was the most relaxing one yet, perfect timing! I'm so thankful I found you and pray you never stop putting out wonderful material!

My wife and I have taken many holidays in Cornwall after buying a Caravan in 2013. What a beautiful place to visit! We may well end up living there. Who knows?
We love to collect as many shells and rocks as we can, and are always amazed at the incredible variety that can be found on just one beach!
Several of them now adorn our garden, and I’m planning on making several artefacts to decorate inside the house as well. To date all I’ve made is a colour#changing Lamp with a variety of Seashell places all over the shade. Much more to come.....

When I was about 12 I read that the queen had jewellery made from Scottish pearls and that anyone finding good pearls were supposed to offer them to the queen first ( to buy ) ,,,,so ,,,,, I took a tin and a knife ( optimist with the tin ) to the estuary and surely enough huge mussles to be found !! and in them PEARLS !! lovely pink and yellowish pearls. I had found about 20 or so of them when I accidentally hit the tin which fley up in the air landing in the river, so I went home pearless ,,,, must go back one day, with a bigger tin !

Awww, such a beautiful county. Each year, during the 60's, Dad (Mum and I) would drive through the night from our home in Yorkshire, to Cornwall, where we would spend 2 glorious weeks staying on a farm in Zennor. We'd drive around the county to many different places over the years, look around different little potteries, swim out to rocks (often accompanied by seals) and pick fresh mussels which we'd cook on a gas stove on the beach. St. Ives had a 'sloop market' at that time, and I'd watch the glassblowers, potters and artists at work. Such very happy memories. I fell in love with Cornwall as a child, just wish I could visit it again, but having now lost my Dad, it hurts to even think about Cornwall, let alone visit...x

That was a wonderful video, beautifully filmed. How I wish that I had just a minuscule amount of artistic talent. And a basking shark to kayak with too! Thank you.

Some of his potting style reminds me of Troika, very nice. The Cornwall coast line is stunning, who couldn't resist some time spent there with the family.

@@nicolawhitemudlark reminds me of my younger years growing up with my family in suffolk and spending weekends to see our Nan and Granddad on a farm where they lived and worked in hertfordshire, oh those halcyon days. I know how you feel about being at the places you love, now we take our children to the North Norfolk coastline for those idyllic days and weekends. Great views and feel of Cornwall other than on a sunny day shows all things in a different light, loving the natural elements you have captured in the film makes me want to go, Matt.

I worked in Newlyn in the early 70"s with my Dad. There were 5 potteries there then, Troika amongst them. Influence is everything! Well spotted!

I live in the US but I've been to the ocean a few times, but I live in east Tennessee next to the Smokey Mountain's! When I was a kid I watched sea hunt on tv thought when I grew up I would hunt for treasure and live on a boat! But life in Tennessee is hard to beat! Of course I would love to go mudlarking with Nicola sigh..
