When I braided my hair like this it took about 7 hours...cant wait to transition to the crochet methods for the 1st time...! I know it will be very beneficial to me as well as my lil niece since I do her hair too! Tfs! 😀👍🧡💛
I ran across your video searching for a protective style to grow out my short naturally curly hair. This is going to be the perfect protective style and the color matches mine perfectly. Great tutorial & great job!
How do you make sure they stay secure with just the one rubber band? I attempted this with my daughters hair and the braid slid out cause the band doesnt stay tight with the product in her hair. My other problem is finding rubber bands that dont pop from the grease, gel and or hair lotions. I know silicon ones are bad for that but ive been having problems with ones that claim to be rubber too!
I was wondering the same. As well as how do they stay if the hair isn't double looped? I tried on my friends hair and they started to come out after week.
With her hair being so short these did not slip out? I would be nervous that rubberband would slip loose and I'd have braids laying on the ground behind me in the grocery store lol. It is so nice to have the option for super short haired folks though. Thanks for the video.
I was just wondering that . If the parts were smaller or thinner with longer and you used some got 2b gel could you still hid it that way with it still being long ?
Thank you, I have been searching for months and haven’t found no one but you to explained this method.
Her natural hair is very pretty😍
Omg yessss
Making sure the natural hair is in the middle before pulling it tight was the step I was missing. Thank you !
I’m ready to try this method and it’ll be perfect since my hair is short as well you hid and tucked her natural hair perfectly
Excellent Job!
Thank you !! its def a perfect protective style
@@sylaniaahow do you hide longer hair? And what to do to make rubber bands not pop in week?

Could you do this method with longer hair . Like put put it in the knot the way you did it ?
Did she have a problem with alot of them coming out? This is a fantastic idea.
no they actually stayed in for a very long time
How does this work if someone has long hair? Great Job!
It’s the same method you just have to tuck the hair underneath the braid
Thank you
I’m scared they will slip out
Me too but... It's cool how she doin that.
They won't i done this alot of times with short hair
They won’t slip mines lasted two months. They got itchy I took them out lol now I have twists. Try it out 🩷
Can this method be use for long hair
This was so helpful👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This is exactly what I was searching for!! I can't wait to practice!
This is excellent! Thank you so much!
hi what’s products did you use? i would like to try this style on my daughter. thanks in advance
This is pretty, was the hair already braided? If so, where did you buy the hair?
Yes you can by it from the beauty supply
how durable when it comes to pulling/swimming
Not too good if… I have did this before and it’s a great method but my hair always ends up slipping when I pull it up in to a ponytail
What if my hair is longer?? Would this method still be possible??
Okay this looks easy. I’m gonna try it! Thanks!!
Your welcome ! Hope you like it! :)
Thanks awesome job i think i have it now make sure its in the middle.

Will it still make the hair grow??
yes its a great protective style to make your hair grow
@@sylaniaa my hair is short I went to the hair braiding salon and they couldn’t do it because they said my hair was too short ☹️☹️☹️
@@deniseriley-mccray7187 then this hair style is the perfect alternative since you can use rubber bands to secure the hair :)
@@sylaniaa that be cool if they knew how to do it I don’t think they ever did
Perfect 💖
What happens if any of the rubber bands snap and break days later?
I was wondering the same. As well as how do they stay if the hair isn't double looped? I tried on my friends hair and they started to come out after week.
How many packs did u use love
I used around 2 and a half
If u wouldve purchased the medium size braids would u still have made the parts the same size
If her hair was longer u wpuldve still used thos method
I tried it but I can’t hide the inside
GENIUS!!!
How long does this style last?
Good job!
Nice but go back and redo the first one
This.Witchcraft looks beautiful 🤩
What kinda hair is this
she used freetress crochet braids in this video
Love it
I worry about slip or slipping out🤦🏾♀️
I’m doing my hair TONIIIIIIGHT😂😂
This method would not work for me because I have shoulder length hair 🤦
With her hair being so short these did not slip out? I would be nervous that rubberband would slip loose and I'd have braids laying on the ground behind me in the grocery store lol. It is so nice to have the option for super short haired folks though. Thanks for the video.
Only works for short hair 😫
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Bout to have my wife do this to me lol
Nice job
😍😍😍😍😍
you can do that bc of the length of her hair but you wouldn’t be able to do that on longer hair
I was just wondering that . If the parts were smaller or thinner with longer and you used some got 2b gel could you still hid it that way with it still being long ?
Seem so rough, moving the client's head around, dang!!
It was only because it was her mother 😂 But she really wasn’t rough.
😆
The video Is sped up so it might seem like she’s being rough when she’s not
Dgdhhey3jeheueeu3e🎉🎉😢😅😊😊
Pls turn people’s head slowly. Ha!
