    I think Cardmarket having Tuffel as a consistent host and player and he is becoming an increasingly big deal in the pro-player scene, Cardmarket-Magic's TH-cam success is basically assured. The content is great, and people who take Magic seriously are going to see Thoralf at Worlds and look him up. This seems like a channel that is going to continue to snowball into massive success, massive appeal to the MTG community, if they just stay the course and keep making good content.
    I don't mean to be a follower of parasocial relationships, but if you see this Tuffel, I am very genuinely proud of you for doing so well. Thanks for making good content too.

    • @CardmarketMagic
      @CardmarketMagic  ปีที่แล้ว +25

      @Anthony Brainwood probably not. We are a MTG channel and the AI videos attract mostly a non-MTG audience. If we were just regular TH-camrs trying to get as many views as possible as a bottom line, we probably would do many more, but as employees of a company that is rooted into the MTG community, we'd rather focus on the game we love and the real cards that are printed for it :)

    Detective Derrick please investigate. A few moments later...
    More seriously, I enjoyed this analysis so much, especially the way you approached your missplay in such an honest and opened way. Was watching day 2 on a French stream- did I say Henip?- with Noham Maubert as a guest and he was on spot on this fumble. But hey we are humans. We spent quite a time discussing your mite/"Good old Raffine" attack in the finals to be frank, but I guess it's a subject for another time.
    Anyway we all supported you in the Twitch stream and we were so glad you reached the Worlds! Congratz Thoralf

    At 15:32, regardless of the "from anywhere", I don't see any creature cards entering any graveyards there anyway. The judge is right that if any creatures had died at the same time it wouldn't work because Dennick's ability does not trigger based on things leaving the battlefield, but rather on them entering the graveyard, so rule 603.10a does not apply here. But I am not sure why a judge was even called when it was obvious there was nothing to trigger. Two tokens died, but tokens aren't cards, and Dennick itself was exiled.

    • @Loki-
      @Loki- ปีที่แล้ว

      Tokens have been ruled to "hit" the graveyard before disappearing.
      See CR 111.7: A token that’s in a zone other than the battlefield ceases to exist. This is a state-based action; see rule 704. (Note that if a token changes zones, applicable triggered abilities will trigger **before** the token ceases to exist.)
