I haven’t been on TH-cam for awhile and I see that your channel is jumping 💪🏾 Congratulations on the growth! I’ve bought an assortment of Franco’s (chains and bracelets) for myself and my family from both Jacoje and Hawaii Rope chains over the years, all 22K D/C because I love the shine they give off. My girlfriend is heavily interested in a 22K heavy link due to your videos but she loves shine factor as well. Heavy links don’t seem to shine in videos and I’ve never seen one in real life, but you mention here that the shine is legitimate. Does it shine like a D/C Franco?
Have you ever handled the heavy link chains from Hawaii Rope Chains? I’m thinking they use the same supplier as Jacoje but not sure. Also what mm heavy link would you recommend with a pendant? 3.2mm? Curious for your insight, thanks!
Hey mellisa my I have a simple chain with a cross on it and my friends would flame me for wearing it outside my shirt. they said you were supposed to wear it under your shirt for some reason
Thoughts on the heavy link in 14k vs 22k? Do you think there's much of a difference, I personally haven't had any 22k pieces so not sure on the visuals
Completely DISAGREE, the difference is nominal AT BEST. The main difference is color, that is THE only real difference and even the color difference is very very subtle. The price difference is considerable tho. These chains she is showing are in the thousands of dollars. The other difference is scratching, 18 will DEFINITELY SCRATCH quicker and easier. These TH-cam personalities spend way too much time nitpicking and they should get right to the point.
@@FrankieKato149 a 22kt 4mm 20” heavy link from Jacoje is about $6k and they weigh in at alittle over 56 grams, THEY ARE NOT CHEAP!! By comparison the same exact chain in 14kt is only $3100, to me the kt IS NOT that important because the Jacoje chains are excellent Italian gold. Now if you have an extra $3k to just burn then go for the 22k version. I believe she didn’t even pay for this chain and I truly think if she had she wouldn’t be tooting her horn so loudly about 22k gold. The 4mm 14k version weighs in at just over 42 grams.
@Melissa would you recommend wearing a pendant with 22k solid gold chain in general? I was thinking of purchasing a pendant with my 22k 3 mm Franco but I’m not sure. Me personally I just don’t want it to mess up my chain, Your thoughts please
Your reviews are so helpful!! Thanks for sharing your journey with this chain it’s such a cool style.
Thanks so much I appreciate you!

Appreciate the love! The heavy shines better than the franco in my opinion. I think she’ll love it. What mm is she thinking?
Been waiting for Jacoje to restock. Last week I decided to buy a 3.5mm Byzantine while waiting. Couldn't help myself.

I haven’t seen it in 14k but in general there’s a massive difference between 14k and 22k, Super noticeable

And I do have the 5mm heavy link from Jacoje before anyone says anything, so I am in a position to comment from experience
How much is chain $$$???

These videos are VERY REPETITIVE, you are repeating yourself in every video
@@EXNAVYORDIE you sound jealous bro. If she’s repeatedly saying the chain is holding up nice normal people take that as a good thing.

You’ll be totally fine.
A pendant will ALWAYS scratch a chain, NOT ROCKET SCIENCE HERE. Anything that rakes itself across a chain will SCRATCH IT even if it is the same kt
@@EXNAVYORDIE why u gotta yell at me tho?
