13:00 Roy Brocksmith was in Total Recall 1990. He was the nervous bad guy doctor telling Arnold's character that his reality was a dream. Arnold, realizing that people in dreams don't sweat, shot him.

Wendie Malick was so hot during the 80s. She later appeared in the Return of Hunter TV movie playing a different character.

I love these shows where the bad guy (or chick) still gets it in the end, despite seeming to have skated. 🙂 Too bad that happy guy lost his wife, though. 😐

I loved this show. Friday night at 10 p.m.
But this particular episode seemed strange. Very slow paced, and oddly focused more on the trial. Hmmm.

    • @markclowe
      @markclowe ปีที่แล้ว +1

I thought that was a bit strange, too. These things usually take FORVER to go to trial, and it seems they didn't even have time to finish their investigation before the trial happened. I don't think we've ever seen that on this show before. I mean a murder trial within days of the murder?? Come on!!!!!

@@markclowe This episode, as many for many of them, are full of illegals, unlawful, Unconstitutional activity, Lows, Rules, etc. by the PD, officers, including and especially Sgt. Rick Hunter, Sgt, De De McCall, etc.
      A. A conviction requires actual Proof- the Minimum requirement is "Proof beyond a reasonable doubt"
      B. There must be proof the accused actually committed the action accused, charged,
      C. There must be proof the with the means,
      D. Motive is not required, though helpful for the investigators, investigation as with many other details of evidence which are circumstantial
      E. Circumstantial evidence is NOT proof, though helpful for the investigation process as is motive.
      F. As for having a 'lover' for the wife, only provides a viable 'motive' - which is also not certain - just viable, possible, perhaps plausible and NOT proof.
      G. In addition, the due legal process has many steps within the courts.
-1. First there is a "Preliminary" Hearing Stage.
-2. Next the "Indictment" stage, in which the prosecution, D.A. presents the evidence in a court, with a Judge, which determines if there is 'sufficient" evidence to support the claimed, accusation, charges
      -3. Then, the actual "Trial"
-4. This presented case, might have proceeded through the "Preliminary Hearing", Stage, though, the D.A. in cooperation with the PD to attain the necessary "Proof"
-5. The apparent results in which attorney Mike Snow had achieved such the woman, former wife, was released, clearly indicates their was insufficient evidence within the "Preliminary Hearing", such she was released.
-6. Then, with additional evidence, they could arrest the woman, claim, accuse, charge within the Court again, for a "Preliminary Hearing" - if the presented evidence had been good enough, then the Court, Judge would determine if and how much bail would be required or the accused be held until the "Indictment" Trial.
-7. Next there would be an "Indictment" Trial, with a higher level of required evidence and proof to proceed to the actual trial
-8. If the accused is determined "Indicted", the Judge determines if there is bail, incarceration until trial, and amount, again
-9. clearly the amount of time to achieve all of these steps is significant, especially to setting he court date for the "Indictment" and much more so, for the actual "Trial", which includes the Jury.
-10, if there is a great need, desire to 'push' the case to trial, it would be perhaps a year from after a successful first "Preliminary Hearing"
-11. In LA, CA, Courts, which are extremely full, the time period is often longer
      H. NO Jury should convicts any individual based upon circumstantial evidence, lack of clear, proof "without a reasonable doubt", which certainly proposed 'motive', evidence of a bomb, but not the proof of, with who placed, planted the bomb, only potential, as even indicated via the woman, wife of the neighbor boat, having seen the wife appear at the boat during the night prior to the explosion and within the 12 hour timer
-1. such a 'timer" certainly would never have 'survived' been found - more clear nonsense
-2. according to the presented expertise of the 'lover', with 'munitions expertise', is only potential, possible, perhaps reasonable, but without proof, and certainly his expertise would have produced such a 'bomb' that nothing would remain, and actually to include both the engine and enough such the entire boat would have exploded, etc.
-3. such there would be only shrapnel evidence, and the individual(s) aboard would have dies also - there would be NO 'boat',-'ship' which would have remained from the shown explosion either and thus sunk- more nonsense
      I. All that is presented in, with, within most every episode is the significant evidence which allows the investigators to determine the killer(s), involved, but NOT the level of Proof required for any type of proper conviction.
->they only achieve some good evidence, combined with conjecture, assumptions, presumptions, possible to plausible reasoning, thinking logic, 'belief' by the investigator(s) based upon their development, but NOT legal "Proof without or beyond a reasonable doubt"
      J. SADly, there have been many such improper, biased, incorrect, lacking proper legal basis, evidence, proof, invalid, illegal, unlawful, Unconstitutional 'convictions', which many [though not enough] are overturned [with proper appeals, lawyers, due process]
-1. one such clear example, which is completely 'media', 'political' driven and more so, biased, directed, dictated, controlled, is the 'indictment'' and more so the 'conviction' of Derek Chauvin as guilty of three claimed charges in the death of George Floyd aka Floyd Perry - who clearly, explicitly had ingested toxic levels of fentynal along, plus amphetamines which were proven by the blood test results done in hospital, in addition, per the ME Country Coroner, the body showed NO signs of any physical trauma which could possibly lead to any injury, damage, especially significant which could lead to any compromise o health, body function, which could lead to death, including and especially the possible claimed asphyxiation - in fact never can a 'knee' pressed upon the side of the head, neck every reduce, restrict, air flow, breathing for a short or long period of time. In addition, the actual videos show clearly the suspect was able to communicate, speak while the first two officers held the man on the pavement, which the suspect had 'slithered' onto in his attempt to leave from the placement within the PD vehicle in, onto the rear seat, then joined by the second set of officers, led by Derek Chauvin, who placed his knee upon the suspect's left side of his dead, neck to further assist with holding the suspect, while handcuffed, awaiting the additional vehicle to transport the suspect to the precinct, then because of the determined deteriorating health condition, and noticed behavior which clearly indicated intoxication, influence from with some unidentified pharmaceutical substance(s), to the hospital for further assessment, evaluation, etc.
-2. The decision to fire, release, charge, arrest, arraignment, prosecution, hearing, indictment, 'conviction' are clearly, obviously, certainly, absolutely false, distorted, invalid, incorrect, illegal, unlawful, Unconstitutional, 'political', 'full of lies', without any actual 'proof' against the charged, accused of former officer Derek Chauvin and each of the other three men, individuals
-3. hopefully for Derek Chauvin [and the others as necessary] the results will be successfully accepted within the appeals and overturned, as they should be, properly.
-4. There is not only a lacking with "proof without a reasonable doubt" against Derek Chauvin, there is "Proof without any reasonable doubt" that a 'knee hold' can never result int he possible claimed results and in addition there is clear, certain proof of the only causes of death are as stated within the ME County Coroner report, which explictly sates the cause of death was Cardio Pulmonary Arrest [failure] with the only detected cause of that failure to be fentynal per the high toxicity level measured, and increased by the significant amphetamines also measured wtih the blood system.
-5. The levels within the blood measured within the body were such that if George Floyd aka Floyd Perry, had not committed the forgery crime with the $20 forgery note in the shop, or he and the others had not remained across the street, such the requested police officers, Hueong and Lee had not appeared, then approached, removed the suspect from the vehicle, through the attempts to place the suspect into the PD vehicle, etc. and the amount of time that transpired post the ingestion of the fentynal alone and more so with the amphetamines, then GF aka FP would have died via Cardio Pulmonary arrest, failure due the toxicity levels of the one and more so the combination of them together and more rapidly.
-6. Thus, not only did the Prosecution not provide the necessary proofs of involvement of the charged, fmr PD officer Derek Chauvin, more so any viable, reasonable means, method or involvement in the death, more so, no proof of actual causation to the death, and far more so the existence of actual causation of death is proven, "without any reasonable doubt" - which is certainly NOT necessary or required.
      Sincerely

Hunter referring to McCall as being honest?
    Lololol 😀
    Nothing honest about McCall.
She picks locks with her hair pin and enters and leaves the suspected criminals locations without a warrant and without their knowledge.
