I have to travel to Westminster Cathedral if I want to hear anything like this. My local parish uses modern music, or I get to Latin mass when I can at Brompton Oratory
We are lacking these beautiful and sacred traditions and chants in a lot of our Holy Masses

Only in the NO do you not hear these chants. In the Tridentine mass, these are common and an integral part of the Eucharist .

I know what you mean. I hear that Vatican II got rid of the Latin Mass and replaced it with the New Order. The Church can benefit from the return of the Latin Mass and Gregorian Chants even if it where during the Christmas and Easter seasons or during high feast days. When I watch the Daily Mass on EWTN, parts are in Latin and in the New Order depending on who is celebrating that particular day.
@ericmadsen7470 The Latin Mass and Gregorian chant date back to the 4th century. Suddenly everywhere they are suppressing all that is beautiful and sacred.
Seeing the young, who over the period of Pentecost, walked fom Notre-Dame Paris to Notre-Dame Chartres speaks for itself that the younger generation is looking for this; both the beauty and the reverence.
