You should add a small cooling shed. Check out a device called a coolbot cooler controller. Doesn't have to be real big. Runs an air-conditioner to cool a shed. My brother in law insulated a small shed on his camp and installed one. Temperature was 35 in an hour. We hung a pig for a few days while hunting down there. Works amazing. I work for a company that sells them for $349 my cost is $230. You can find them anywhere.
