If anyone's still having trouble:
•You have to fly along the mass driver without impact with your caution on the entire way.
•No score requirement. I was able to spawn Mantis with only the vehicles on the beach destroyed.
•Mantis will spawn with the TU-160s as an escort fighter. Take down the bombers, then pick off the escorts one by one until you ID and destroy Mantis.

I flew along it in the beginning of the mission, making sure I stayed low enough to always hear the "pull up" warning, and then I went on and blew shit up until the bombers came out, Mantis is an unidentified aircraft amongst that mess of fighters that spawn with the bombers, kill all those bombers and search among all of them and you'll find him.
this is the ONLY ace I have had any problems witg, I hate this gd mission so much

@@justinstrong9595 For you maybe, because you were lucky enough for him to spawn, for the rest of us not so much, even when we do the Mass Driver run perfectly.
It seems to be partially broken. I did it several times, had CAUTION the whole way, no dice. Killed just about everything on the island, so it's not connected to score. It's weird.
Hope you figured it out. You have to be on that track almost immediately after the two supply ships sitting there, and if the red Pull Up disappears even for a split second down the ramp, no spawn.
I got it, without the red “pull up” warning constantly visible. What I did do is fly slow, and start behind the two supply ships
Whoever thought of this ace spawn should burn in hell.
Does the direction of flight matter?
And do you need to engage targets first? I've done this a few times flying from island to sea (having blown up some stuff on the way) and he spawns. I do the inverse (no destroying things) and no Mantis.

It is very wired for me. I saw a video climb the mass driver rail even after the bombers spawn and I saw players including you doing it when the round begins. Me personally climbed the mass driver rail but it didn't work for me
Did it like 8 time restarting from beginning in the last hour got mantis to spawn with 8k points on hard (straight to the rail as same in video from beginning) my advice is don’t hit a restart from checkpoint one time completely through

It does, just go to data viewer> campaign data> campaign assault records
200 times, lower in hight than you and it does not work. Every other plane at the first try. Only this one is not comming. Replayed this mission (the dumbest mission on the game) 54 times and nothing.
Have you completed the campaign at least once yet? Also, are you playing on any difficulty above easy? (named aces do NOT spawn on Easy-mode)
Easy, normal and hard all s-rank. I wrote that´s the last aircraft i need. The rest i have.

I used the f22 with xsdb got 10,000 points flew along the rail shot down very craft but didn’t spawn!!!
What parts did you use ?
how does he identify them so fast, for me it takes double the time
I’m having the same issue. It takes way more time for me to identify the targets. I’m hitting triangle to cycle through them and have them in center of my hud.
I even added on all the parts to identify them quicker, but still not as fast.

Could you make a video on how to unlock the skin for the F22-Raptor? It says to destroy a certain named aircraft in campaign but I’m not sure which one it is

You need to make 20k points in the first stage of the mission. F22 will spawn at south east of the elevator.
I used the f 22 with qaam for that mission
20K points to spawn F22-Raptor "Tempest" in Mission 19
Does it have to be on Hard? I've done this exact thing multiple times on Normal with no spawn of MANTIS
It can be done on Normal as well.
Another player mentioned that there might be some kind of time requirement. Not 100% certain about it but try to destroy the targets in phase one as fast as possible until the bombers spawn.

post stall maneuver，Flanker class（Su35s，37，30m2，30sm and 33）or gen 4 jets can do

Eu zerei este joguinho a primeira jogada , com fois caças obsoletos . O F 35 se me falha a memoria ou o F 22 .Depois é que fusando no jogo acabei entendendo o jogo , vomo que liberava os avioes melhores . E joguei certinho . Agora não tem mais segredos .Esta merda desta missão 17 fiquei quaase um mês .
