When you whispered, "Oh Jesus" my first thought was: EXACTLY!!!!
I love it when Adam gets a chance to sing and give us that AMAZING 5-part harmony. This was not their first song, but it was the first song on the album they were coming out with at the time.
That's what you call WORSHIP!!!
Ah yessss. Every time I listen to this I have a religious experience. I am brought to tears. Something about that Southern Country Harmony in a song from my childhood days that sends me into tears and joy at the same time. That last note, where the high harmony holds, and then that low base booms in harmony underneath that absolutely makes me lose it!! Happy you reacted to it.

I was glad to see your positive reaction to Rob singing solo!! He has an amazing voice. In "Wake me Up" you said he was good for background vocals, but he may have the purest voice of all of them, and that is saying a lot with these guys!
Rob is a great singer. I sang with him in college way back when.

Love the reaction Girl !!! --- Nearly the same as mine... but I listened over and over and over, just couldn't get enough --- and still the same; love to hear this by HF. It is amazing - being the best I have ever heard ---- EVER!!!
On another note -- Home Free has this, this ability... to evoke emotion somehow (I've experienced it --- and noticed in your reaction) --- and it's good. They also can change the feeling of a song --- not sure how....... they are just that good.
I can say that opportunity knocks ---- Could have seen Randy Travis (front) but decided not too --- and Garth Brooks (huge fan) twice (front row seats) --- didn't. But --- After discovering HF, I searched out their tour and found something close - a small venue so my youngest daughter could see and enjoy (she did :)... It was amazing --- And I will again!!!!

No. It was their FIRST video off that ALBUM. and I saw you noticed CHANCE. He replaced Chris Rupp in 2016. At the end of the video, it was their cover of “My Church” by Maren Morris. And this video. Watch it. It was filmed in the Austrian Alps using DRONES.

I wish there was some way to take you back in time, with my great grandfather, grandfather and myself. Gramps was 7'5"/440lbs./25shoe, grandpa was 7'3/420lbs./23 shoe, and I was12 and about 6'3"/195lbs./15shoe. I was the tenor (LOL) those two men could go so low in their range it would physically make your body hurt. I had to stand in between them and back a few steps just to sing. God Bless!!!

There are a few videos of them singing at their shows, that attendees recorded and uploaded to TH-cam. Some of them are meant to be watched. When you cannot get to any of their shows, this is the next best thing. You get to know how they sing live, and you get to hear them talk, sit down, and just fall in love with each of them. They are truly enjoyable people. They won "Entertainers Of The Year" at the Acapella awards. They beat out Pentatonix! (Heidi Rancour puts up great videos, in case you are wondering where to start looking.)

Yes, you noticed Chance.. who joined the group about a year ago. He replaced Chris Rupp who was the founder of the group and the brother of the "beat box" .. the beat box who even sang in this video, which is rare for him.

as a Texas-accent baritone who can't sing, i just WISH I had those bass pipes Tim has! Something about our Texas accent with deep voices that drives women crazy, I used to get phone calls at my old job from women (especially saleswomen from the NE US, I was a buyer for my employer at the time) who would call back just to talk because they liked my voice! I was a little embarrassed, but also flattered by it...my father-in-law (RIP) had a speaking voice like Tim...

And yet again....These boys get a response, particularly by females that hasn't happened since Elvis and the Beatles. They are adored Nay, swooned over!. I...might have a small mind you...man crush.
