Shivin, as a student of your S&T and Envi course I can vouch that you were my one stop for S&T 2023 and many times before the exam, my go-to coach for advice/scheduling/sources/ and loads of clarity. I couldn't go past both my mains and I've decided not to prep for the exam anymore. But the second you said you are teaching full-time, the old aspirant part of me said "Yes with him I can def prep and crack". You definitely have the skills for a wonderful teacher. After all, UPSC is not life. It may seem like that mostly due to the uncertain financial life of the people of our society that has treasured UPSC as something of a solution for all, but I still say with conviction, there are consequences for each choice we make - so it should be of no shame to make a choice based on what you love. We are always here for you Shivin. Your selflessness is a rarity in today's world. And I commend you for not just staying true to what you love but also standing up for the same. That takes courage. After all, UPSC is not life. It may seem like that mostly due to the uncertain financial life of the people of our society that has treasured UPSC as something of a solution for all, but I still say with conviction, there are consequences for each choice we make - so it should be of no shame to make a choice based on what you love. Hence, kudos to you Shivin.
Now having said that, I must say that each human story is different with varying factors dangling with varying intensities in each life. A life of passion and dream may not bear the burden of your poverty sometimes. Like I said, each choice has consequences. So, choose wisely and patiently is my advice to all those who have begun thinking about "what they really like to do" by this daring act of Shivin.

Shivin Sir is made for teaching. But I am observing a really disturbing trend. Something is seriously wrong in the civil services. Why so many people are resigning and getting into coaching industry, if the job is supposedly so good? Either the working environment is much more brutal in government than private sector, or the entire glamour, power, perks, lifestyle and sigma entry is all a LIE. Somebody please clear my confusion.
Bhai level 14 se level 1 sari job sirf job hi hoti hai government job ka craze sirf selection se phele tak hi hoti hai once you’re in system sb sirf ek normal job hi hota hai aur before koi judge kre I’m data entry operator level 4 job in central government 😊

IAS ya IFS officers to coaching ke liye quit nahi kar rahe. Kuch to IRS officers ko problems ho Raha Jo humey abhi Tak nahi pata ..
