BUFF® Safety Firefighter Hoods

BUFF® Safety Firefighter Hoods are made with fire resistant and antistatic top quality Nomex® fabric, and are the ideal PPE accessory for structural firefighters, offering full head and neck protection in one single piece (all our hoods are certified as PPE category III).
Besides that, we have added Nomex® Nano Flex technology to our new Firefighter Particulate Hood, adding a layer of protection against dermal exposure to toxic and carcinogenic micro and nano particles which in combination with the existing fire resistant and antistatic properties takes Firefighter protection to a new level.
Unlike other fire-retardant and anti-particle hoods on the market, ours incorporate HeiQ Smart Temp Cooling technology. This allows for increased comfort for firefighters in extreme situations, helping them to automatically regulate their body temperature and thus reducing the risks of fatigue, dehydration, heat stroke or even heat stress derived from exposure to high temperatures.
