My question is how do I look for PAL award seats using ANA points or what other partner is best to use with PAL. Looking for direct flights from SFO to MNL.

Appreciate it! Glad you're finding the videos useful! Unfortunately, PAL isn't in any of the airline alliances yet and the only direct flights from the US to MNL are with PAL. To use points for travel to MNL, you'll want to route through a different airline that accepts transfer partners. Options might include ANA, JAL, Singapore Airlines, EVA, or Cathay Pacific. the fifth freedom flights that don't depart from the US are best for country hopping in other regions. You'd need to find a separate deal for finding a flight from the US to that region. We have lots of tutorials for how to do that in this playlist:
