If it's cold....wool socks will allow you to ground and provide a little warmth...
Touch a tree trunk with hands....could use wool mitts....get similar effect....
Keep it simple....get outside, expose as much skin to the sun ( if you can see, the sun is out) and ground...as the weather and you can handle....

When I start running I often get my left knee injured, even when I go pretty slow.
When I do ropeskipping, which I do pretty intensely I never get problems with my knees. It seems easier to control and find my balance I guess ..
Go slower or see a doctor
Check your running form. Run tall, don't lean from your hips. Always land under your center of mass, meaning don't overstride. Take smaller strides with higher cadence. And most of your running should be done at a slow pace, that feels easy to you.

Try wearing a nose dilator sticker for running. It helps with breathing lighter

It's ridiculous to wear carbon fiber shoes for regular long runs. A serious, knowledgeable runner would not normally wear a racing shoe for regular workouts; it puts way to much force, wear & tear on the feet.😮
