Great episode. I’ve learned a lot from you both. I’m currently working with Mike’s inner circle making big life changes. I’ve been poisoning myself with alcohol because I can’t handle day to day stress. Thanks for helping me break that cycle.
Great conversation from 2 of the best in the industry. But I’m even more impressed by whoever filmed this staying ahead of you guys and keeping the camera steady 😂👊🏻
Great conversation. So radical to arrive at common sense solutions. I especially appreciated the insight about the cycle of diet fads and how they are tied to revenue generation.
The MBPP podcast was my introduction to Mike Dolce and I've since been deep diving on his work. Even though the information is nothing new, there is something about the way Mark communicates that has got me fired up and changed something for me. Prioritising energy and how I feel over _what_ I eat feels like a great change of thinking
What a refreshing honest conversation! Thank you guys! Lifting for 30 years now and teaching my two boys to eat healthy and train. You guys are an inspiration! I eat clean, and today it’s a shame that our society doesn’t embrace clean eating. Way to be an inspiration!
Another great way to look at nutrition is something Justin Harris with Troponin Nutrition says, “If you can’t hunt it, grow it, or pick it, don’t eat it” Great video Mike and Mark!
When you eat whole foods. You will find it hard to overeat. This change normally facilitates a fairly big calorie deficit because you aren't eating the processed high-calorie moreish food that is easily over-eat.
@@um4668if you eat whole foods all the time youre waaaaaaay less likely to be overweight, if youre overweight or obese then maybe you should still track calories, but most people eating whole foods are not overweight
Great discussion especially about family and teaching kids early . I get lots of looks when I don’t let my kid drink juice or eat frosting on cake at party - she’s 7 complete different personality when consuming sugar . It’s give and take at those kids 38:08 birthday parties
I'm 58 35 years old and I almost feel amazing I do eat real healthy salmon oatmeal blueberries brown rice flaxseed protein and my worst is white popcorn with olive oil at night 🤣🤣🤣every day now my son watches you guys and is 16 put on 40 pds of muscle in 1 year he is amazing does everything like a body builder but not the roids he's really doing it you guys would be amazed he eats 5000 a day now please help me with his food 🤣🤣🤣thanks💪
I know the general thought is you can’t over eat Whole Foods which is probably true for most people but man I have no limit no matter what I eat. If I make my meal prep taste good, I can eat unlimited amounts even if it’s all whole foods lol
There were actually books in the 1800s and maybe earlier promoting low-carb for weight loss and health. But Atkins really made it famous. Most of us (or our parents or grandparents) learned about it from him.
Man shout out the camera man walking backwards for 40 minutes 😂😂😂
Skills!!!
I was literally just going to comment that. Glad I saw this...😂🤙
Knees Over Toes guy would be proud.
The dudes on one of those 2 wheeled scooter/skateboard things they use on the sidelines of sports games
Thought so too. 😳😳😜
Watching Mike Dolce work for free is the best thing to ever come out of the internet!
Any value I can offer is an honor and a privilege. Huge thanks to Mark for allowing me to be a part of this community. 🙌

Sooo many great points on this knowledge that definitely needs to be shared on all social media platforms
Thanks, SK!

Came to support Dolce awesome collab 💪
My man!
Nice!
Dolce rules!!!
Mark makes a great point about questioning the value of tracking whole foods
Calories still matter if you need to lose weight

@@rampageashtonyeah when I’m eating whole foods, it takes me a while to eat- naturally your appetite starts to regulate itself

😂
Dolce! Hes the goat!
🙏
Boom
Mike D is the man super cool walk and talk god speed 😎🎆
It was a great time!
Cool. I know Mike from his Team Quest days, he is a good dude!
Hey bro!
Grest talk!
Thanks!
Nailed it. Limited process and limited ingredient foods and you don’t have to count calories or macros-
Best way to go!
How many meals do you eat a day Mark? Just curious.
When someone asks for steak sauce at my house, I politely, but firmly, ask them to leave!
Mike is freakin jacked!
Working on it!

Yes!
Who's podcast will this come out on.
It will be on Mark's "Power Project" channel.
I know the general thought is you can’t over eat Whole Foods which is probably true for most people but man I have no limit no matter what I eat. If I make my meal prep taste good, I can eat unlimited amounts even if it’s all whole foods lol
They will aggressively defend it. Be prepared for it.
Before Sisson it was Atkins which is basically keto ….at least his Induction phase
There were actually books in the 1800s and maybe earlier promoting low-carb for weight loss and health. But Atkins really made it famous. Most of us (or our parents or grandparents) learned about it from him.
27:51 No, only the audio sounds weird hahaha
282 to 170 pics please
On my website!
Man1 they should have just taken the bus
Gotta get out steps in!
300g fat per day. Fuck that!
wow dolce is tiny!!! maybe 5 foot 6
5'10" / 204 lbs / 6% bf - Mark and Nsima are just freaking huge!
sloppy steaks
Mike and his beard looks strange...Mark looks rather weak
His beard looks bad ass
Mike looks chunky to me but maybe it's the baggy clothes. He always displays ripped pictures of himself in the background but they look really old.
This was so good
Right on!
