    I have never seen a pallet with wood that nice and that thick.

      Pallets don’t come planed. After you plane it you see the real wood

    Beautiful design! What did you use to transfer your image onto the wood? Is that just regular printer paper with a electric heat iron??

    Nice job, however, the reason your forstner bits are having so much trouble is, your drill press speed is too high. Gear it down to around 400-600 RPM and they will cut like that pine like butter.

      Thanks for the advice and kind words. I've since made the appropriate speed adjustments on the drill press. It's working much better now.
