Sad news. Being a Packer fan I still wanted Rodgers to do great in New York. This sucks, for a football fan, and especially for a Rodgers fan. His run out onto the field before the game gave me chills. Wish him a speedy recovery, and sorry to the jets fans.

When a person in their mid to late 30's (Rodgers is going on 40) their body is more fragile and rigid, takes way way longer to heal than a person in their teens or 20's. A torn Achilles will make Rodgers a shell of himself, if he returns. But $75 million still going to his bank account, I think he'll be alright. 🤣😂🤣😂

This happened to Broadway Joe on more than one occasion. I remember him trying to tackle a player who had intercepted him in a preseason game and suffering a season-ending knee injury. That was it for the Jets for that season. Maybe we’d have won more than one championship had Joe not had his season-ending surgeries. But as a long-suffering Jets fan, this was just par for the course :-(

as someone who tore achilees earlier this summer. The reaction of rodgers is all you need to know it was achilees injury. It doesnt hurt when it happens, theres no really excruciating pain..its more of a feeling. then after about 15 seconds you realize what just happened, and realize nothing is there to stand on normally. .its such a brutal injury, Prayers to Aaron for a well recovery to normalcy at minimum

I replay that moment wishing I'd done just one thing different but only see it for how it happened. finally back on my feet doing gait training. knowing I still have a long way to go. big ups to you. seems like we're on the same track more or less. good luck

@@coachYte We got those turnovers because of our defensive positions. Plus most of the scoring drives didn't even come from the turnovers or we were way in the back anyway. Not to mention if ur talking turnovers then Dak Prescott is right up our wheelhouse next week. Is Rodgers getting injured a horrible detriment? absolutely, but we won 7 games last year with Zach or QBs at his level. This year we have an equally tough schedule, The young guys have another year of expirience, and Zach has gotten a bit better as well.

I’m 35 years old, a season ticket holder since 2014, and a lifelong Jets fan since like 1994 (as far back as I can remember.) I almost cried last night three times: first when Thunderstruck was blasting and Rodgers came out (it felt so good), second time when he got carted off (I knew it was over), and third time when we won with the walk-off TD (because I know that with a healthy Rodgers this team is for real a Super Bowl contender.) I am devastated today.

Man, Rodgers has been an adversary of Dallas for so many years, and always despise him as a Packer player, but respected this man as one of the best in the NFL, this was such a devastating loss for the Jets, just 4 plays in to immediately end your season on such an injury.
