SO what are your thoughts on capcut desktop ? Listen guys if davinci 18 don't work on your pc then try 17.5 or lesser cause 18 needs direct x 12 feature version 2 however there is no such difference only few like auto subtitles and etc, How to download older versions? Well Go to support then check first column keep scrolling till you reach 17.5 but there will be 2 versions like free and paid check the description there and download whichever you need

The issue in "Important tip 1" is one of the very few things stopping me from switching over to Premiere or Resolve, why can't they just treat it how Vegas Pro does (it crossfades overlapped events, and when it can't ovelap, it atleast doesn't completely delete the footage underneath.)
you can make that changes using dynamic trim and trim edit modes in davinci, it is just right above the time line section, you just have to give a lot more time to learn it, brother.
