If u don't know something kindly don't misguide students, there is no need of final degree at this stage of examination i have confirmed this from PSC itself, you can upload final year consolidated marks card along with provisional degree. It is because of ppl like u who spread misinformation and confuse students further
Bro just download digilocker and put your rollno and registration no there you will get your degree in seconds which u can upload but you have to carry original one during dv if you get selected
