Also, I think I'd remove those windows from the porch just to be able to enjoy the sight and sound from there as well. Thanks for all that you do!

Laura and Aaron help me feel reassured in my decision to stay in my hometown during my adulthood. Having my parents around is a wonderful support system, especially now that I’m making them grandparents and they’re offering to provide free daycare!

Would be really cool to see a still overhead shot (from drone footage) of the property from the same angle and fade from year to year since the time you bought the property to now and explain the changes you made each season. Sometimes it’s hard to understand the layout, plus you’ve done SO MUCH it would be really interesting to see the changes from that vantage point.
SO PERFECT that you chose a style with a broad base that sits directly on the ground. You have many lovely items that are raised on various height pedestals, so this 'well-grounded' piece gives a good visual balance. Love it!

I have a cousin who has two Corgis. One is threeish years old, the other is not quite a year. She walks them both at the same time on a leash with two leaders. She took a video of walking them, and while the older was on the straight and narrow, the younger pulled a Laura with easily distracted moments, jaunting off to the side. It was hilarious 😂
It’s beautiful. I have several small water fountains in my garden. They are so peaceful. When we move to more land, we will definitely be putting in a large fountain. It’s coming together Laura! I could feel your excitement! With each project, you can see more clearly your vision. Funny story, we had a black lab mix and our neighbors had a fountain similar to the size of yours. Sabrina, the dog, would meander over every afternoon and lie down under it. My neighbor would call and let me know that she was there. It was a daily occurrence. Maybe the sound of the fountain was soothing to her, or maybe she just really liked my neighbors!
Every fountain needs some tinkering : when installed, and then periodically. That’s the fun of fountains . Plus, sometimes we get tired and want to change them up a bit .. 💪🏽 It’s hard work and sometimes wet and dirty but always rewarding when you hear that perfect sound

Fountains are gorgeous but honestly they seem like a ton of effort! Cracking in winter, plugging, not working for mystery reasons, splash problems, cleaning them out. I love the look and your choice of fountains but I’m not sure I’m sold on going this route! 🤷🏻♂️😆🤩

It was so cute how you let Aaron choose plants for the pots and to watch him try to play along. I’m trying to make my boyfriend a plant Dad - he built me a potting bench, moves my heavy pots while I’m pregnant, and bought me an obelisk for my first Mother’s Day. My husband and I will be putting new travertine around our pool and replace the current built-in fire pit ring with a fountain like the one you installed! Laura, could you set aside a day when you and your Dad, with all the necessary parts go around your garden and fix the five other fountains you have. My favourite is Hebe, the mythical cupbearer and would she compliment your new Hartley garden? The kitchen fountain might just need some coins - Alan Titchmarsh, England's much loved head gardener said when he was learning horticulture at Kew Gardens they always had loose coins in their pocket and invariably a few coins would sort most trickles. And if it remains a problem move the affected planting below and replace with paving/cobbles. The hospitality fountain is so well placed to cool that particular area and used to work - actually they ALL used to work.
The fountain is absolutely gorgeous ❤️! I know when you get done planting up the area around the fountain, get some seating and stepping stones it will look like heaven on earth. What a beautiful place it will be to just sit, relax and reflect. It looks like it’s a hit with Benjamin and Samantha ❤️❤️❤️

It is perfection! You, Aaron and Paul are the perfect team! I giggled when the fountain was not flowing, you and Aaron were discussing and Paul calmly walks up and removed the top. The design is beautiful and I will be checking for a smaller version❤

Fountains are gorgeous but honestly they seem like a ton of effort! Cracking in winter, plugging, not working for mystery reasons, splash problems, cleaning them out. I love the look and your choice of fountains but I’m not sure I’m sold on going this route! 🤷🏻♂️😆🤩
I love everything about this channel but they already have 2 fountains that are always in some state of disrepair.

It was so cute how you let Aaron choose plants for the pots and to watch him try to play along. I’m trying to make my boyfriend a plant Dad - he built me a potting bench, moves my heavy pots while I’m pregnant, and bought me an obelisk for my first Mother’s Day. While watching you, he recently said, “I like her.” Thank you for helping in his training, Laura!

Samantha Grace and Benjamin were precious. They were having such fun playing at the fountain. It is just gorgeous! I love how it is the perfect size and scale for the space. Just love it. My husband and I will be putting new travertine around our pool and replace the current built-in fire pit ring with a fountain like the one you installed! I would definitely get a ground light for night time view! It looks wonderful in it’s space! It gave more movement & life to your front home. The fountain was meant to be there…good choice! Laura, could you set aside a day when you and your Dad, with all the necessary parts go around your garden and fix the five other fountains you have. My favourite is Hebe, the mythical cupbearer and would she compliment your new Hartley garden? The kitchen fountain might just need some coins - Alan Titchmarsh, England's much loved head gardener said when he was learning horticulture at Kew Gardens they always had loose coins in their pocket and invariably a few coins would sort most trickles. And if it remains a problem move the affected planting below and replace with paving/cobbles. The hospitality fountain is so well placed to cool that particular area and used to work - actually they ALL used to work.
The fountain is absolutely gorgeous ❤️! I know when you get done planting up the area around the fountain, get some seating and stepping stones it will look like heaven on earth. What a beautiful place it will be to just sit, relax and reflect. It looks like it’s a hit with Benjamin and Samantha ❤️❤️❤️
