This stall in Delhi serves delicious Egg Roll stuffed with yummy Chowmein. First, they heat the wheat lachha paratha over a pan, then they break two eggs over paratha, put masala, mix it up and flip it upside down to cook the eggs. then they fill it chowmein and garnish it with chilli sauce, mayo and the chat masala. the laccha paratha is then rolled and served. Perfact combination isn't it ?
