For a knockoff the H11 doesn't look half bad, it obviously won't have all the features of an Apple Watch but it looks to be okay. I would like to see what app you use to pair the H11 up to a phone and some real world use and demonstrations.
The problem with the H11 is that all the health sensors are fake; they won't report any useful data. (I have one of the replicas, they all basically the same low-mem chip, made by the same company).

When I went to put it up, the battery level was 0%.I charged to 40% the battery had dropped to 12% after 15 minutes, then charged 95%, but it continued to decrease 1% per minute after I turned off the Bluetooth.I therefore observe that Bluetooth used a significant quantity of watch battery.I see that the (H11 Ultra BT) Bluetooth connection is using a lot of juice, so I disconnect it and relay to the (O_H11 Ultra) Bluetooth connection only to sync with the QiFit app and not to receive calls and text messages from my iPhone. Do you know the answer to the above issue?
I have not done a battery test yet with the H11 Ultra, i will do soon to see how it performs. As for your calls and texts, it needs to be connected via Bluetooth from the settings of your phone, not the app, it will take more battery but if you want notifications from calls & texts, you will have to connect it through settings. I have the H11 Ultra Plus on order, maybe that will be a bit better, once I receive i will do a comparison video on both
