if the families ever leave Nashville and the music changes you'll see a big shift in demographics. It'll be more like Memphis. We gotta keep Nashville the same forever!
Nashville is thriving. The real problem is the California tech moving there. It ruined CA and if TN is not careful it will ruin there too.
You should go at night time, you'll see a drastic demographic change. It gets darker and I'm not talking about the sky.

I would say mixed reviews:
I love how the city has tons of quirky and creative people. Good art scene. Food scene is pretty solid.
Diversity is good. Pretty open minded from what I've seen (especially the South)
The non stop party scene gets real old after a while. It will suck you in if you struggle from any kind of addiction.
There are some rough as hell pockets.
Couldn't Imagine living near that hot mess
