Springs do not get worn out from being compressed for long periods of time. It is when they are expanded and retracted a lot that they start to wear out.

I just bought the tx3 hammer pump action.. cant wait to pick it up. I was up in th air about the titan vs the hammer but went with pump action to hopefully increase reliability.

I have one and it is an awesome shotgun for the $ Tokarev makes really good inexpensive shotguns. You can get a +2 and rear sight as well and it is Mossberg stock compatible (I added a Hogue Mossberg stock and its great). No reason to spend tons of cash on a short barreled shotgun that will likely just be used at the range.

Yeah. Spring wound clocks. Fatigued springs. After 50-60 years.

I bought mine because it was inexpensive. It's been a fun range gun. I did order and install the rear sight rail from SDS and the mag tube extension for +2. The plug would only be necessary for states that have mag limits and mine did not come with one. In fact, mine did not even have a box, just a plastic bag with the manual and trigger lock. Runs good so far.

Semi-auto shotguns require too much maintenance/ TLC for me. I want a shotgun I can just stick in its box under the bed to pull out when (hopefully never) some pukes try to bust into my apartment, knowing that the gun will function properly. Tokarev has a 12-gauge pump for about $150 (before tax) that I would get before the Titan. Thanks for the informative video!

The plug is used in waterfowl hunting as your limited to three rounds in a gun while hunting migratory birds

Looks like a Rem copy? The plug is used to limit the magazine to usually 3 shells because of the semi auto action. For Instance, Pa had this rule in the past.

Great review. I like mine so far. I was wanting to replace the stock with the magpul. Anyone ever swap out the stock? What's the steps? Anyone seen a video on this?

Anyone have experience with PSA AKs ? Looking for feedback on how they’re holding up? Thanks.

Jim Fuller of all people, doesn't hate them. To paraphrase his words in a couple interviews he's done on the subject...if you're the kind of shooter that's putting around 1000 shots down range per month, psa's probably not for u. If you're like maybe 90% of gun owners who put a few hundred rounds a year, then you're golden. Just search for his interviews. I love listening to him.
