@@AGLTONY That would depend on the property and how you maintain and or upgrade it. But I believe Martos is well maintained on a civil level (Big time Olive Oil Hub), that there shouldn't be any major issues to kill the market! I would cautiously say yes they should go up. But I would NEVER guarantee it! Always research the crap out of any property, Town, Province and Region. A GOOD Lawyer is an absolute must and make sure to have the Lawyer research the people doing the property inspections for you. Some of these bargain places can be in bad shape so be prepared, but others are truly amazing bargains being sold for far less than they would be worth in almost any other market!
