Answer of the case , the Dx is Pitutary adenoma, which compress optic chiasma so forms bitemporal hemianopia , also because of pituitary adenoma there is loss of dopamine hormone so ofc. the prolactin will get high so Galactorrhea and amenorrhea occur .
